    @TheFCA @santanderuk my father 90 has not been able to access his account online for two weeks. Website suggests action on his computer which he can’t do - he’s not an expert in clearing cookies and caches. My bank doesn’t require these kinds of intervention. 1/2

    @santanderuk I've been on telephone hold for 45 minutes now - I just want to change the bank account that pays our mortgage and your chat option wont connect me either. Such poor customer service 🤬

    @CazooUK What’s the update? It’s been four months since I logged the vehicle fault. @santanderuk have contacted yourselves trying to obtain an update, with no surprise they haven’t had a response. Please respond! Your customer service is absolute trash! #avoidcazoo

    Yet another (unintended) consequence of sanctions: I can't access my @santanderuk account at all while I'm home, even though UK sanctions to Venezuela apply to just a small number of people. The cost of complying is deemed too high, so they block everything and everyone instead.

    @santanderuk thank you for blocking me access to my own account for 3 days!! For having the cheek to request a transfer of some of my money to another bank’s fixed saver I’m still waiting for you to get back to me 😡😡
