Im about to walk! Crazy service.

Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

We apologise but are lines are busy🙄. More branch’s closing and every week working on their IT hindering access to your money. What is going on !

We have business banking and can’t pay our suppliers! I’ve been calling every day since Sunday and my accounts are still blocked! 🤬
