@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk So what were the issues ? What caused it ? Was it the same as the outage in May ? Think of the embarrassment for people in shops not able to pay...it's not just about compensation for charges you know. What others banks have had 2 major outages in 6 months ?

@santanderuk Hi, the waiting times are ridiculous. I’ve been on the line for over an hour with no response. I need urgent help. The bot says I need to call and I CANNOT LOG IN thus why I need phone assistance.
