@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk on hold to you for ages and then when you finally answer you breach GDPR on another customer! Then when you realised you got the wrong customer you just hung up on me!! Wow. Would appreciate a call back please. Thank you.

@santanderuk shocking wait times again on your telephone service. And don't tell me what I can do using mobile and online banking. I'm only in this interminable queue because I've been there and attempted to do that.
