You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

Corinna Reilly (@corinnareilly) reported from Old Windsor, England@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you they’re multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.

Lucy Arnold-Courtney (@arnoldlaa) reported@santanderuk trying to help my FIL set up online banking has been the worst experience. Hours and hours of phone calls, letters that don't arrive, blocking banking as soon as it has been set up. Voice ID when he has had throat cancer. An hour wait on each call. It's awful.
