@santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

@santanderuk 40 mins on hold and still on hold actually sat in one of your branches who can’t help me after a call this morning to you advised me to go to a branch . Is this acceptable on any level . Anyone suggest a better more modern business bank I should be switching to ?

@santanderuk I know it’s difficult at the moment but I can’t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

@Class1Mod @santanderuk @santanderukhelp It was a huge issue for the ‘handyman’ who needed the money I wanted to pay him. I imagine that was the situations for tens of thousands. But sure, feel free to be glibly ignorant.

Noted that they're playing the 'pandemic' card, as a reason to keep what has been accepted as inappropriate for the site

@santanderuk So what was the technical issue, or are you not going to give any sort of detailed explanation? Take a look at how well Twitter handled their major security issue last year. They don't treat customers like idiots and fully explained what had happened & why it won't happen again.
