@XMadBabydoll @davidhillfm @santanderuk It does annoy me when people are so snarky, I went on to see if a customer's payment had gone in, my nearest branch closed some years ago, not even sure where the nearest one is now.

@ThezzaNicholson @santanderuk @SkyHelpTeam Natwest mobile banking sorted this but as ever Santander are playing catch-up!! Do you not communicate with one another or test these patches before installing them? Spent 20 minutes on the phone to Santander, no apology, nothing on the website. Piss poor customer service!!

Now been holding over 30 minutes to speak to someone @santanderuk customer services but they are all busy. Perhaps time to improve their service or hire more staff.

@santanderuk we are due to move house on Tuesday. You promised our solicitor yesterday, that they would receive a fax today confirming funds to be released on Monday. No fax. She called and was told, "there's nothing I can do"... Removals booked everyone ready to go, please help!
