Once again @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely awful help. Only company I know that makes you pay for customer service. No internet for 12 days now so I have to hotspot from my phone to be able to work. Cracking company. Contract ending early

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Q user who purchased new Samsung TV three weeks ago. No issues until yesterday when Q remote no longer adjusts the volume. Switched all off and on again, reset remote, entered TV model number replied ‘TV not supported’?! Any ideas as perfect up until yesterday.
