@SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

@SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

@sophagemcmuffin @SkyUK I don’t think thats anything to do with your broadband to be fair, it will be Glass itself that has the issue (hence Netflix being ok). A lot of people (me included before I sent my Glass back) have experienced freezing.
