Once again @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely awful help. Only company I know that makes you pay for customer service. No internet for 12 days now so I have to hotspot from my phone to be able to work. Cracking company. Contract ending early

@SkyHelpTeam how are we to report broadband issues? Been online followed all the guides, not resolved. No live chat available! Phoned get an automated message sending me a text directing me online where I’ve already been! I work for nhs currently WFH or supposed to be 😩

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. That’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

@SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

So @SkyUK q box broke down same prob 4th time no sky all-day 2nd time this week got it working can't get an engineer till 7th then broke down again within the hour back to sky no help whatsoever no replacement boxes now looking for alternative to sky

@SkyHelpTeam Hi That is the issue Conxn drops speed check via Edge browser thinkbroadband shows 10-15 Mbps instead of 90-100 More checks & it slowly rises back. speed check directly off modem Sky diagnostics then show speed at master switch 100+ Checked sky friend near by facing same issue
