@SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

@SkyUK trying to catch up on #SkyGo it won’t let me watch things from channel 4 and sky one says it’s error code 1310 (can you help) is it because they are not classed as box sets.

@SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

Crazy thought but if call centres spent less time explaining the customer satisfaction survey at the end of a call, the waiting times might be a little shorter and perhaps, customer satisfaction may just improve too! Crazy thoughts as I said. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I have rung Sky customer service and after an automated line check it said an engineer had been booked to fix an external issue. Not particularly impressed. I have to work from home tomorrow, how am I supposed to do that without wifi?
