    What’s the point of me paying for the sports channels on @SkyUK when you just air the games on Sky 1 anyway, different subscription for that channel, could save some money & cancel the sports now 🤔

    @System2048 Yeah, it’s a glitch so you’ve essentially got unlimited until they fix it. They haven’t in ages so it doesn’t seem like they will anytime soon. I’m not complaining, now I can reliably connect to the internet at home (looking at you @SkyHelpTeam)

    @SkyUK trying to catch up on #SkyGo it won’t let me watch things from channel 4 and sky one says it’s error code 1310 (can you help) is it because they are not classed as box sets.

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoke to sky support yesterday and they said there was a fault on the line and BT were looking at it but I have had no feedback whatsoever from sky. I have just come back to sky as a broadband customer! Not a very good start really. #poorcustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please check the BB outage in the NE43 area. Everyone reporting it in the village and been told there’s no outage and an individual issue & BBE booked. The whole village with Sky can’t have an internal fault surely!

    @SkyUK just spent about 8h on the phone 3absent engineer apts & 1month sorting a new BB connection & their cust service is terrible. Had to buy my own booster, compensation for missed apts is way lower than the penalty if I missed it, and the rep was sketchy.

    When you request your fibre to be up and running from the 10aug and still nothing not even any contact from @SkyUK to explain the delay shocking service I wonder if @Virgin would treat customers like this... sky said they would email if any changes to the dates hmmm
