@SkyHelpTeam Internet has been down for 8 days now. Support just wants to raise tickets and tell me to wait. 8 days is not good enough and still no communication unless I call you. Disgusting treatment of long term customers.

@SkyUK guys I'm on sky fibre & usually get 45 DL 10 UL but I keep noticing lag, run a speed test & I'm down to 5 DL 5-6 UL so I have to unplug my router & plug it back in again for it to get up to top speeds. Is the router the problem? They are doing lighting fibre nearby atm

@SkyUK @skytv How about spending the money in sorting out the shambles that is sky glass? Rubbish software causing non stop issues where you can’t turn on channels for 30 secs from turning the tv on, when it actually stops telling you it’s not connected to the internet when it’s on an Ethernet
