    Once again @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely awful help. Only company I know that makes you pay for customer service. No internet for 12 days now so I have to hotspot from my phone to be able to work. Cracking company. Contract ending early

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

    Anybody else having problems signing up to the paramount plus channel through @SkyUK @paramountplus when I get to the stage of importing my email address to verify account I get a message saying email account already exists! But won’t send email
