@SkyUK I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. I think that’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

@SkyHelpTeam my mothers broadband is off and we have had to book an engineer who cannot come until Wednesday! Her disability means she relies upon Siri and Alexa to do basic tasks for her, it is her way of contacting people in an emergency when she has fallen and cannot phone.
