@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to sky support yesterday and they said there was a fault on the line and BT were looking at it but I have had no feedback whatsoever from sky. I have just come back to sky as a broadband customer! Not a very good start really. #poorcustomerservice

What’s the point of me paying for the sports channels on @SkyUK when you just air the games on Sky 1 anyway, different subscription for that channel, could save some money & cancel the sports now 🤔

@SkyUK trying to catch up on #SkyGo it won’t let me watch things from channel 4 and sky one says it’s error code 1310 (can you help) is it because they are not classed as box sets.

@SkyHelpTeam My home WiFi has been awful at the moment. Speeds are as expected, but the connection is weak. iPhones disconnect randomly, and it sometimes drops out. It's caused me to use 5GB of my data in three weeks. Ethernet is fine, just WiFi. I get bad signal 15 metres away.

@System2048 Yeah, it’s a glitch so you’ve essentially got unlimited until they fix it. They haven’t in ages so it doesn’t seem like they will anytime soon. I’m not complaining, now I can reliably connect to the internet at home (looking at you @SkyHelpTeam)
