    @SkyHelpTeam Perhaps! Sky are aware of the issue though. Internet and TV outage in Plymouth area… all we’re being told is that someone’s on it but makes working from home pretty tricky.

    @SkyUK I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. I think that’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

    @SkyUK frozen screen, goes to technical issues, goes to black screen, ends up with no live TV. Every single day. I’m so fed up of having to Tweet because I can’t get through on phone. I am an expert on glass now for all the wrong reasons. Terrible customer service
