    @SkyHelpTeam how are we to report broadband issues? Been online followed all the guides, not resolved. No live chat available! Phoned get an automated message sending me a text directing me online where I’ve already been! I work for nhs currently WFH or supposed to be 😩

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

    @SkyUK I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. I think that’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

    Screw it. @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have the WORST service and customer service ever. I should have switched last week like I was going to. Funny how they see you’re switching then suddenly the problem is solved

    @nicurro @martynstorey @SkyHelpTeam Had the same issue as soon as SkyQ was put in. Terrible broadband speeds and coverage leading to numerous engineers visits. Not easy with 2 teenage lads on gaming devices. Been with Sky for years and had no issues at all up to SkyQ going in.

    @MattPeterC @swiftyoungnigga @SkySports But for the record, I'd rather see all forms of protest and the like removed from the pitch, that includes wearing poppies. I'd like to see the players turn up, play and go home. If they want to support the Black Panthers, the KKK or ISIS off the pitch, that's up to them.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have very slow internet and have for last few hours. Tried to do speed test throughnwebsite and not working. Tested independently from my phone and not even getting 1gb. Paying for fibre. No updates Sky?

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you be more specific on the issue please? Half my devices are working fine (eg router hard wired to TV), all Apple devices (connected via WiFi have issues). Can you provide any insight here?
