@SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

@SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

@SkyUK guys I'm on sky fibre & usually get 45 DL 10 UL but I keep noticing lag, run a speed test & I'm down to 5 DL 5-6 UL so I have to unplug my router & plug it back in again for it to get up to top speeds. Is the router the problem? They are doing lighting fibre nearby atm

@SkyUK @skytv How about spending the money in sorting out the shambles that is sky glass? Rubbish software causing non stop issues where you can’t turn on channels for 30 secs from turning the tv on, when it actually stops telling you it’s not connected to the internet when it’s on an Ethernet
