@System2048 Yeah, it’s a glitch so you’ve essentially got unlimited until they fix it. They haven’t in ages so it doesn’t seem like they will anytime soon. I’m not complaining, now I can reliably connect to the internet at home (looking at you @SkyHelpTeam)

@SkyUK trying to catch up on #SkyGo it won’t let me watch things from channel 4 and sky one says it’s error code 1310 (can you help) is it because they are not classed as box sets.

Once again @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely awful help. Only company I know that makes you pay for customer service. No internet for 12 days now so I have to hotspot from my phone to be able to work. Cracking company. Contract ending early

@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to sky support yesterday and they said there was a fault on the line and BT were looking at it but I have had no feedback whatsoever from sky. I have just come back to sky as a broadband customer! Not a very good start really. #poorcustomerservice

@SkyHelpTeam Had 18 years no problems, so the last week or so is the 1st problems, but bit annoying trying to work out if router is causing speed dip or speed dip is making Router go off, with man saying all was green outside, or is it socket or microfilter etc, Thanks anyway
