Speeds are as expected, but the connection is weak. iPhones disconnect randomly, and it sometimes drops out. It's caused me to use 5GB of my data in three weeks. Ethernet is fine, just WiFi. I get bad signal 15 metres away.

All paying less for more services. I spoke to someone in an Indian call centre for one but then rang back to cancel/clarify details and got an even better deal!

They don’t give a toss about existing customers. Every renewal is a fight & their offshore teams are useless.
