That’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

They haven’t in ages so it doesn’t seem like they will anytime soon. I’m not complaining, now I can reliably connect to the internet at home (looking at you @SkyHelpTeam)

Speeds are as expected, but the connection is weak. iPhones disconnect randomly, and it sometimes drops out. It's caused me to use 5GB of my data in three weeks. Ethernet is fine, just WiFi. I get bad signal 15 metres away.
