    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. That’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Perhaps! Sky are aware of the issue though. Internet and TV outage in Plymouth area… all we’re being told is that someone’s on it but makes working from home pretty tricky.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had checked on my sky app to make sure all was working ok and it was saying there was nothing wrong but still having the problem. I think I have sorted it now but had to connect my sky box to the router via Ethernet cable.

    I've just been phoned by @SkyUK support since my router isn't working properly and they need to install some new software. When I was asked what light is showing on my router and I replied 'the pink one', the engineer told me 'shove your pink light up your @rse' and hung up!
