@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. That’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

@SkyHelpTeam Perhaps! Sky are aware of the issue though. Internet and TV outage in Plymouth area… all we’re being told is that someone’s on it but makes working from home pretty tricky.

Renewal Time - no thanks, find a supplier who actually sends an engineer to sort your line out when there’s an issue 👍🏼
