Screw it. @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have the WORST service and customer service ever. I should have switched last week like I was going to. Funny how they see you’re switching then suddenly the problem is solved

@SkyHelpTeam how are we to report broadband issues? Been online followed all the guides, not resolved. No live chat available! Phoned get an automated message sending me a text directing me online where I’ve already been! I work for nhs currently WFH or supposed to be 😩

@SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

@SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

@SkyUK trying to catch up on #SkyGo it won’t let me watch things from channel 4 and sky one says it’s error code 1310 (can you help) is it because they are not classed as box sets.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. multiple reboots have had no affect. Broadband connection keeps dropping off now as well so using apps is a no no- everything else in the flat is fine re broadband connectivity. Weather conditions are good. Seems to be a box issue. is original Sky Q box so quite old i think.

@SkyUK price went up. We called to talk about it. Agreed price back down £1 cheaper than it was before per month going forward. Told to see the changes to the bill in 48hours…. NOPE! Rang again told we were lying on the phone and we can’t have it because no notes were taken!!!
