I have just come back to sky as a broadband customer! Not a very good start really. #poorcustomerservice

Speeds are as expected, but the connection is weak. iPhones disconnect randomly, and it sometimes drops out. It's caused me to use 5GB of my data in three weeks. Ethernet is fine, just WiFi. I get bad signal 15 metres away.
