Speeds are as expected, but the connection is weak. iPhones disconnect randomly, and it sometimes drops out. It's caused me to use 5GB of my data in three weeks. Ethernet is fine, just WiFi. I get bad signal 15 metres away.

I think that’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?
