Screw it. @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have the WORST service and customer service ever. I should have switched last week like I was going to. Funny how they see you’re switching then suddenly the problem is solved

@SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

@SkyUK how are we supposed to report broadband issues? Been online followed all the guides, not resolved. No live chat available! Phoned get an automated message sending me a text directing me online where I’ve already been! I work for nhs currently WFH or supposed to be 😩

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. That’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

Once again @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely awful help. Only company I know that makes you pay for customer service. No internet for 12 days now so I have to hotspot from my phone to be able to work. Cracking company. Contract ending early

@SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband just dropped in South Woodham Ferrers. It’s of as my Sky router is still stating a 77mb download. I knew that was fake as I’m lucky to get 60mb max, when it’s working. Any workaround available while you sort out a permanent fix??

@SkyHelpTeam the WiFi lately has been awful since Christmas Day I spoke to one of your colleagues saying if you reset the WiFi box it will be fine and I did and nothing helped and said ignore the speed test and he say which they arent accurate but they are and now wasting my data
