@SkyUK I haven’t had internet for >2 days after reporting it. No news about the engineer appt. I think that’s poor as no outlook at when I am going to have internet. I’m an NHS key worker and I rely on internet to do part of my job. Can you help and resolve this issue, please?

Once again @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely awful help. Only company I know that makes you pay for customer service. No internet for 12 days now so I have to hotspot from my phone to be able to work. Cracking company. Contract ending early

Just had SKY VIP rewards offers. None are any use to us apart from ebook. Tried to download but told no codes are available and to try later. It was the same last Sunday. Why make an offer which cannot be redeemed. Been a @SkyUK customer for nearly 30 years not a happy bunny. 😤

@wilsoa10 @SkySports Bank holiday weekend civil service offices would be closed over the weekend and Monday so I don’t understand why this is such an issue it’s what happens when you wait until just before bank holiday weekend to sign that striker we’ve needed all summer
