    @SkyHelpTeam My internet has gone down for the fourth time in three weeks and I am sick of having to ring up and battle to get it sorted. This is beyond ridiculous and I am not getting anywhere near an acceptable service for what I’m paying for.

    Once again @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely awful help. Only company I know that makes you pay for customer service. No internet for 12 days now so I have to hotspot from my phone to be able to work. Cracking company. Contract ending early

    @SkyHelpTeam despite paying £15 on Saturday for an engineer to come out, our internet has gone down for a fourth time this month! I call you but get sent a link to your website and told to hang up. I go on the link and get told to call you where I just get another link sent!

    @Smithjake2019 @SkySportsPL @SkySports Not disputing it’s a contact sport. I love a meaty challenge. My issue is that it went unpunished ..... but players reputations either help or go against them. Imagine Xhaka did that to Kane..... VAR I guarantee would’ve looked at it.

    So @SkyHelpTeam is increasing thier prices which they normally do £5 on my bill which is fine but are they *************** as they will be increasing it again a few months later. If I was a new customer is be cheaper & I pay the same price for a higher internet I don't get wtf
