Contract ends with @SkyHelpTeam at the end of May but I can’t speak to anyone to cancel it or discuss the price rise from £55 to £88...would be great if they would just let peoples contracts run on the lower price during this time when you can’t speak to anyone..#sky #skyhelp

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes. The locals to the property degraded to an extent they couldn't support ultrafast single order. The new duct work went in weeks and weeks ago. Ultimately I've been awaiting the new cable to be terminated in the property. Thats what the openreach did off his own back

Loyal Sky customer since 1995. We are shocked and appalled at the way they have treated us recently. After stealing £45 we got the bank to refund us, so their answer is to blacklist our phone number after we complained numerous times. @SkyHelpTeam
