    As if things couldn't get worse for me. The next door neighbours have scaffolding up and it's blocking my satellite dish from picking up @SkyUK signal. Now I can't even watch TV! I give up!

    @SkyHelpTeam They’re clearly not helping though are they?? I have been contacting the mobile team and they can’t help either!! You won’t even let me cancel because you sent the wrong order???? Ridiculous! You all just keep telling me you won’t help ?? Where’s the customer service??

    DO NOT ORDER FROM @SkyUK THEY GOT OUR ORDER WRONG NEARLY 4 WEEKS AGO AND ARE NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE. THEY CLAIM THE TEAM DEALING WITH IT CANNOT BE CONTACTED AND WE NEED TO WAIT FOR THEM TO CONTACT US. GIVEN A DATE FOR A CALL THEY DIDNT BOTHER CALLING.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sadly, phone support ended up just trying to sell us Sky Boost. Suggestion was made that we've got too many devices connected. But we need all our devices. Is Sky Broadband now not able to handle the number of devices we had connected last week? What's changed?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi.I'm trying to change my package, went online as advised by the phone line but no way to do it there so been in Q for the last 45 mins. Needing kids TV off,movies off and paying for Ultra HD when me telly isn't even capable.If I cancel my DD might I have more luck?
