    @SkyHelpTeam could you please tell me what’s going on with Sky. I have random channels that are getting no signal. Mainly BBC ones. I have reset & done all troubleshooting. Nothing works. Oh and I know at least 5 other people with same issue. Can’t all be an individual problem

    @SkyHelpTeam My new years wish is for you to stop changing my VIP status from diamond to gold. It’s happened about 5 times now and I’m sick of having to phone up every 6mths to have it reinstated and go through the rigmarole of explaining it to a customer service representative.
