@SkyHelpTeam 2 days loss of earning because you cannot provide a service I'm paying for. I don't think there is a need to send a bill this month. Take it off what u have made me lose. Ill be changing providers.

We’re always quick to complain, but I’ve just had exemplary service from @SkyUK & @SkyHelpTeam - 1hr 50mins on the phone to completely reset our whole broadband & Q network. Back to full speed & intelligent grid to fuel #HomeSchooling video classes & video meetings.

@SkyHelpTeam hi I keep getting call supposedly from BT open reach saying there is an issue with my router. My contact is with Sky, my internet is fine. I am not sure whether to trust these calls
