    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing blocking. As soon as it starts to rain or thunder it closes down. Shocking in this day and age. Nothing you can do but someone needs to get Sky signals to be more robust.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Glass with one Sky Puck. Currently on the Sky Puck Netflix will not open. I get a message that the App is currently unavailable. Please try later. This is only happening with the Sky Puck. How can I fix this please

    @SkyUK eh sky I've got a question for you. Years ago you went digital from analogue so you said the signal wasn't lost whenever it rained or snowed. So why am I sat paying £92 a month with no sky channels cause there's a bit of rain in the sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky engineer blames cable, non sky engineer blames Sky box I’m the one paying the bill and I have to wait over twenty days. Add the insult that I can’t cast my SkyGo to the TV which might help I get told I’m top VIP status for rewards I mostly can’t use
