@SkyHelpTeam Ok so 7 and a half hours now, any news as to when we will have service we pay for back. Maybe with the price increases in April you use this money to sort your internet service out.

@SkyUK I pay around £80 for your wifi and my whole family has been getting a **** connection and I'm having to deal with online lessons which I cant join because you cant advertise properly. Sort your selfs out because I have been having to deal with this for 2 years!

@virginmedia Yes and no issues. Cuts out every day typically mid zoom call. None of my friends with @SkyUK seem to have this issue... .plus they seem to pay a lot less than me!
