Wait for an engineer from 8am-5pm. 5.40pm now. No call and no engineer. Essential maintenance means @SkyUK have had their phones down all afternoon. You can keep your skyQ. I’ll be cancelling. Rubbish as per

@SkyHelpTeam utterly appalled I had an engineer appointment for 13/5/2021 it was a no show! Spoke to a customer service agent she promised me one 14/5/2021 again a no show! An now the customer service number is down! And I'm still with out broadband
