    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely appalled at the level of service we have received. 2-3 weeks to install broadband when you already have our phone line and your original request to cancel was in error! You think a specialist team would work faster when sky made the mistake in the first place 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to get through for nearly an hour. Box isn’t working. Tried everything, no I don’t want to talk to a robot, answer loads of questions or enter your pointless online maze of stupid questions. Paying for a service which isn’t working sort it out and answer!

    @SkySports Whats the point in Norwich ? There to good for the Championship but possibly the worst Premier League side in history, send them to the SPL or something

    @captainm1uk @SkyHelpTeam Yep agreed. It's a shame people who are able to genuinely help aren't employed. I get that what they can do on twitter is limited, but they could still pass alone how many people are reporting issues instead of lying for weeks. What a joke the responses are.

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband drops in and out ever since we’ve had it - trying to contact you for help (which I’ve done numerous times) is a nightmare. Just now 30 minute wait time!! You are no better than my last ISP! 😡
