    @ShazzaRoope @SkyUK i mean, it doesn't say it isn't so i don't see why you'd downgrade from regular Sky Q to this, it's the same price and you lose recording/timeshift & if your wifi goes down

    @SkyUK - please help a mobile/TV/broadband customer. I’m in the States. I called 2 weeks ago to say I was struggling to make calls. You couldn’t fix it, escalated ticket raised. My phone won’t work at all now & for THREE days I’m trying to get someone in @SkyHelpTeam to help….

    @SkyHelpTeam One of your engineers was so aggressive I've just had to call the police. I can't get through to anyone because your help system rejects anyone that isn't already a sky customer. (I'm not and after this never will be a customer)
