@SkyHelpTeam my broadband still down after 3 days. No updates it’s not good enough. Really terrible customer service. Still says outage in my area but again no updates. I pay a lot of money a month for my services and thi D.C. is terrible

@SkyHelpTeam targeting old ppl with scam“dish insurance”is 👎. grandad phoned u after getting scaremongering letter, and what must have been a sale-person rather than a customer helper was vague with answers on what happens if he didn’t take it out, and scared him to try and buy.
