    Little bit shocked here with @SkyIreland @SkyHelpTeam if honest. Staying as a customer for 12 months will cost me an EXTRA €360 for the year! Seems odd. No discounts available to existing customers only the new ones which I am sure COST money to set-up

    @SkyHelpTeam No there is no option to chat to anyone and no telephone numbers. The only number is managed to find on your website is for Key Workers only...and guess what...the automated options refer you back to the website or sky app. Appalling service
