@SkyHelpTeam I've reset the apps in settings and no joy there. When I was speaking to you guys a while ago about apple app I mentioned it then and they said you was aware of it and working on a fix.

@SkyUK I have been a sky customer for years and years. I like sky but sky glass is awful. Poor product counter intuitive hard to navigate and use. I so regret getting rid of my old skybox I strongly recommend to anyone thinking about getting it - don’t.

@SkyUK A few years ago, after reporting a lengthy service outage, I got a call from a cranky Sky broadband manager. He flat out accused me of lying about not being able to get online. If your service was free I'd still never touch it ever again.
