    @SkyHelpTeam Download speeds have dropped from 53 To 5 since yesterday, tried multiple things with no success. No issues according to website.

    @SkyHelpTeam No advice on link for for blank tiles. Software update done, no change. Why does this the sky q box show blank tiles, searching the internet, lots of sky q customers have the same issue. Yet absolutely no response from sky. Is there a real fix for this issue?

    Actually about to have a mental breakdown with this internet I actually can’t deal with how **** @SkyUK is you can literally stream and that’s it I can hardly connect to games servers and talk in a party chat it’s horrendous 🤬🤬
