@SkyHelpTeam I’ve ordered a remote control for my dad and @SkyUK have sent out the wrong one and now no one will help us. All we want is for you to send the correct sky plus remote out. It really shouldn’t be that difficult, companies the world over manage it.

@ianstew30509011 @broadbandchoice @SkyUK Exactly Ian. An update first thing so people could prepare for the day ahead would have been courteous. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to update customers who all rely on broadband for work and school purposes after 24hrs of no service
