    @SkyHelpTeam digging being done outside my house yesterday around the telecoms pole since it started I have been without internet, wasn't informed by anyone that there would be a loss of service due to works, my wife works from home and requires the internet. Any eta? WS11

    @SkyHelpTeam we submitted a complaint about our Sky glass tv and received an automated reply saying we would get a personal reply within 24 hours. This was 31/01/23 and nothing since. It is so difficult to get through to someone so now trying you!

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, we currently have a sky installer here as we have moved house. He is telling us in the summer when the trees grow. We may no longer receive a signal. If this happens will we be able to cancel the contract? As you aren’t able to offer the service
