@SkyHelpTeam I understand that but it is nonsense, no change in setup - yet average device speed drops from a constant 42 to 3! All happened around the same time your entire service went down last night - do you at least acknowledge your service went down last night?

Really feel for @sambillings there. Had an instability in my AC joint for years now and it's never the same. Always worried about going down or it popping out if I stretch the wrong way. Hope it went back in okay! @SkySports @englandcricket #ENGvIND
