@SkyHelpTeam @sooby72 No, it's not a problem "connecting to my broadband" because YouTube videos and videos from every news website play just fine. It's only Twitter videos and gifs that don't play. Been the same all day. It's a problem with Sky & Twitter, not our connection to broadband.

@SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband is down and LOS is red. Everything was working fine and suddenly stopped working. Restarted all boxes still no joy. Family need to work tomorrow from home

@SkyHelpTeam I don't know where you got the impression that I was talking about The Hundred (I won't be watching it). I was referring to your perennial problem of not showing cricket highlights of the day's play at the scheduled time and not telling us when they will actually start.
