    @SkyHelpTeam And she didn't even bother checking it out she was just constantly saying there is nothing I can do, and I won't escalate up to a manager, that's not acceptable, I am now looking at going elsewhere for broadband, due to disgusting customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have the gear to test that Lainy. I did have a new socket fitted under a year ago and you guys reported an issue from Monday night until late yesterday aft as reported on the app and twitter conversations. Seems strange it's now not working after all that.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did all that yesterday, but you are not getting the point, your agent refused to put me through to a manager, when asked to, so I could discuss the issue of me not having the Internet that I pay for, the fact it was and outage is irrelevant as she did not know ... cont...

    @SkyHelpTeam Is sky going to acknowledge all the other (many) areas with an outage? Is there ANY information on what is going on? This is the 2nd day running and only Lancashire mentioned...? (I'm LL21 and still out)
