    @SkyHelpTeam - Please can you advise who I email to make a complaint about mis-selling. I'd like to make a SAR Under sect7 of DPA1998. The last agent I was talking to via phone told me I could not make a complaint because my 77yr old nan had agreed verbally to a contract.

    Sky broadband is helpfully completely out in Wimbledon and other parts of SW London this morning. @SkyHelpTeam it would be really helpful if you could give us an update of when Sky expects it to be fixed - obviously a major problem with so many of us working from home.
