    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Will take a look. Understand there’s not much you can do but it’s beyond frustrating as it’s clear the Openreach engineer at the telephone pole outside my house yesterday caused this whole issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam lost broadband and phone line yesterday. Asked for a phone divert to be set up - got told it can’t be done but appears we’re now being charged for it (found out via email). Can you help? Tried calling customer service but when we got through it disconnected.

    @SkyUK i have been trying cancel my contract for over a week, first the call wait times are really long, or i get off by your system and now you have at the weekend you are not accepting calls. A sky customer for 23 years and this is how you treat people. #CustomerService
