@SkyHelpTeam I really feel that the Accessibility team are great, but surely there should be more support? EG it would have been very beneficial to me to have had a follow up message or phone call to make sure that the activation had been completed.

@SkySports Is there any information on how long this was going on for, who was doing it ( was it 'black' or 'white' people ), any proper excuses to why he didn't tell the police etc, rather than " If I'd of said anything back I'd be the one in trouble". @troydeeney
