@SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle, I’ve lost the satellite signal 2 or 3 times over the past week, presumably due to the weather conditions. Is there any newer hardware Sky can offer, to ensure this no longer happens ?

@SkyHelpTeam the broadband has been dropping alot in the past week. Getting frustrating. Couldn't even access the test my broadband page from the app when it was down. Now back up but keeps happening

@SkyHelpTeam Hey! Any known issue currently with sky TV? When ever I put the sky on I’m just met with a black screen on every single channel. Not even the apps are working.
