@PaulHardisty @SkyUK You can cancel without fees once they notify you by email. You’ve got 30 days to do so. It’s in the email in a very small font.

@SkyHelpTeam appalling service from you today. My partner clicked a link which signed up to a18 month package. It was not at all clear this link was the final confirmation stage for agreeing to this and the person we spoke to refused to terminate this despite cool off period

@SkyHelpTeam It says there’s no known local issues but it’s the connection to my hub somehow. I’ve checked the leads etc and switched off and on again several times

@SkyHelpTeam My router keeps disconnecting every few minutes, and stays disconnected up to 10-15 minutes a time. I cannot get anywhere with the sky virtual assistant, and I cannot find a solution online. The amount of times I’ve had to restart my router and trouble shoot it is ridiculous

@tlise72 @SkyHelpTeam Why did you purchase and continue to pay for a premium service? Sky TV isn’t a necessity and if you are living that close the line you shouldn’t be paying for it. Live within your means
