Contacting @SkyHelpTeam is a painful experience any which way you try. Appalling, frustrating and designed to avoid dealing with humans. Phone wait times even worse. So poor.

@SkyHelpTeam U had an outrage last night most of cheshire had a problem with Internet so you should change your advert because your not the most reliable broadband during outrage the app couldn't find the hub
