@SkyHelpTeam No resolution. I was told he’d escalate it and Thursdays call would be listened to (he was lovely and rude and told me he didn’t believe I was told to use my no like data and I that I would be compensated) open reach may be coming tomorrow to look at the problem.

@graememarshall4 The @Bundesliga_EN should terminate the @SkyUK contract and sell them to another broadcaster who actually shows the games or set up thier own streaming service - Bundesliga TV.

@SkyHelpTeam So when I rebooted it, none of the channels were working, they all had the same error message. Now (15/mins later) they are all working again except STV HD, BBC 2HD and Channel 4 HD which were the problem ones to start with. They all have the same error message.
