@SkyHelpTeam That an engineer would be sent to fix the issues. Very annoyed now considering the first time I rang I was told an engineer was instructed and it wasn’t so I had to ring again.

@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky Helpy Folk! I have a recurring whirring (ohhh poet and I didn’t know it) on my main Sky Q box which knocks out my Mini Boxes and I need to unplug & reconnect main box to fix … happening weekly now. Can anyone help?

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah on the Mini Boxes it says it can’t connect to the activation server, which usually means the main Sky Q box is down. When I check the Q in front is circling blue and the box is whirring loudly. This has happened weekly for a couple of weeks now
