Why can't @SkyUK do subtitles for catch up TV? Sky is 3 times more than Netflix but infinitely inferior. Inaccessibility is arguably their worst failure. Sort it out Sky

@SkyHelpTeam Can someone please tell me why im getting 8mb download when it should be 79mb? this issue has been going on for months even after engineers have visited and new routers / filters it still runs so slow i end up using my mobile data!!!

@SkyHelpTeam My access line speed is 8.7MB/s. Please explain how fast or slow this is. (Evening speeds btw are worse than day.) SKy’s website is completely confusing. Many thanks.
