    @SkyHelpTeam Are you aware if there’s a Safari / Sky conflict? Seem to have the whole house struggling to connect to the Apple OS via WiFi, but no issues with other apps etc. connection via separate mobile network not affected.

    @The_Newty @SkyUK Anything that has a fibre component is considered superfast by not only Sky but every other provider as well as Openreach whose network is used by every CP. Take your moaning elsewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma -Sky Q. I have to switch the box off and it resets. It’s happened 3times in 2 days so I want to speak to someone to see if it’s the viewing card that is the issue.

    @knittinghappy @SkyHelpTeam ah yes because a mobile phone isn't a thing is it... I get that its a service they want to work but if there is a major outage that is going to take a long time to come back on there is no excuse for not taking responsibility to get a mobile as a back up in the meantime
