@WeAreOpenreach Just spoken to our ISP @SkyHelpTeam and they are saying that you are still blocking them from rebooking our fibre fitting. They are saying it's because you are going to reach out to us - you missed an appointment on Monday and it's now Thursday and no resolution.

@SkyHelpTeam that’s the 2nd time an engineer was supposed to turn up to install Fibre but hasn’t!! 1st time Sky Engineer on 16th and yesterday Open Reach Engineer. Who can fix this for me without me going round and round on FB and phone???
