@SkyUK I've sent you copies of the bill I received from virgin via email, a paper copy of the bill, the email they sent me in acknowledgement of payment, a screen shot of the payment taken from my bank account, pdf copy of the bank statement. You absolutely refuse to help me!

@SkyHelpTeam 3/3 why can’t you just properly sort of the issue that is happening weekly and we wouldn’t have this problem. It’s every single week - more often than not between Thursday and Saturdays.
