@SkySportsF1 2) Closed captions for Sky Sports F1 is the worst ever seen for sports, too. Completely useless, garbled mess. Half the time, it doesn't seem to even try to caption the inane banter. For American audience, this SkySports coverage is crap.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I know. Not sure I can justify £40 and then almost £100 a month for 18 months. Am I able to cancel now I’ve changed my mind without incurring the £40 and any penalties? I assume I’m in a cooling off period?

@SkyHelpTeam Tbh. I'm just airing my permanent frustration. We've tried complaints. Calling. Spending days with tests and zero internet. At this point. We are fed up. It's more like we are giving you a monthly donation rather than paying for a service 😭

@SkyHelpTeam Tried everyone of your steps. I actually used to HAVE to sell your broadband. Been through your customer service. Basically tell us to leave knowing it's monopolised here and we can't move elsewhere. Meant to get 37mb (even that's slow) but getting 5mb. Defo a sky issue.
