@SkyHelpTeam Yes Emma, every thing is ok apart form the Sky main Box communicating with all three miniboxes ( i know it will only be two at once) They just keep freezing and saying network connection error

We have had terrible connectivity with @SkyUK broadband (line fault) which has resulted in me having to hotspot 4G for work, clearly not ideal. With no engineer until next week, do we get a refund @SkyHelpTeam for the days we have had the line fault as a disruption in service?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Ellie. Unfortunately after nearly 2 weeks I don’t think that answer is good enough anymore. I’ve spoken to 6+ people at sky who can’t help or suggest an interim solution and I’m at the end of my contract. @bt_uk, can somebody reach out to discuss switching services? Thanx
