@SkyHelpTeam @O2 I am getting increasingly fed up of having my signal on my phone. I am paying for a service that I cannot use due to the lack and most of the time non existent, service and signal. I am having to reset my phone multiple times a day. This needs sorting.

@virginmedia jesus wept, in the time we've had this exchange @SkyUK have literally delivered a new router, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer come and fix the BT line that the virgin installation team broke! thank you #SkyBroadband for not being woefully inadequate like #VirginMedia

@virginmedia I cant get through, being persuaded away from @SkyUK to @virginmedia and now waiting nearly 48 hours after the original agreed install date is not acceptable and extremely poor customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam How long before you resolve the broadband issues in PR4 area? Trying to work from home is a nightmare! Also what compensation will be given to customers? Ours went down at 8am yesterday and still intermittent issues now.
