@SkyHelpTeam Are there any known issues in the ME10 area? Sky Q box locked up entirely 2 hours ago and have now lost all connectivity from the fibre modem to the Sky Hub. Sky hub and Q power cycled, no connectivity has returned.

@SkyHelpTeam is there any reason as too why my latency with my sky broadband is constantly stuck at 250+ and will not get any lower it never used to be like this when I first got it but now it’s everyday all day 250+

@SkyHelpTeam My wifi is on however the connection isn’t working after 23:00 every night and its getting very annoying as no one has helped with this so far.I do tests every night and check the outrage possibilities and it all seems to be okay whereas the connection is not working

I live in an area with less then 10mbps, no Virgin available and I have to make arrangements and sacrifices, like the grown up I am, to be able to work. People are increasingly looking to blame anything but their poor attitude when faced with problems

@SkyHelpTeam why is your product so awful? 3 hours on phone on Sunday as can’t watch TV. No engineer until 11 days later!!! I have to reset connection on boxes multiple times a day!! Now main box not working. Awful awful awful
