@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@SkySports 🤬New and improved?? The new version is awful and terrible to navigate. The beauty of the old one was instantly seeing all scores/results. Now it’s just awkward and cluttered with adverts. Someone could make a fortune copying the old style and selling it for 99p a pop.

@SkyHelpTeam your internet always goes down in Norwich, and each time I contact you I get told to run a check on my network, which I can’t do because the internet is down. I know it happens to multiple people at the same time, so what is going on? Fed up of being fobbed off 😠

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, My Sky Fibre Optic Max always discounts whenever it rains light or heavy. Even when it's not raining the connection download speed is extremely poor. Sometimes it's less than 1mb per second for long periods of time....like right now!

.@SkyHelpTeam isnt it about time you own up and admit either a)reducing bandwith or b)your fibre isnt very good. You are not delivering an acceptable, or indeed functional, service. Will you allow customers to move on, tear up the contact and wish each other all the best?
