  After spending too long trying to speak to Sky, i got through. Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? No internet 🤬 @SkyUK you can stick it, i’m off

  @SkyHelpTeam recently upgraded to your super fast broadband it is no faster than the regular service and my husband and I are using our own 4g data as it keeps dropping out but its costing us £12 extra a month why can't we get what we paid for just not good enough

  @Sacha_Lord One of the biggest problems is the ridiculous amount of money @SkySports and @TNTSportsBR charge. Pubs in my area are being charged in excess of £900 per month for both channels. That needs to be capped for a start off.

  We're now at a stalement with @skyuk with no solution. I believe, very soon, i.e. days, they're simply going to turn off the copper phone line and giving us no way to contact a guy that just lost his wife and has Alzeheimers! Are they allowed to do this?

  Terrible service from Sky. Put a home move request for mid September yesterday - they wrongly cancelled my broadband since midnight due to an agent's fault. They made me cancel the home move request and they are now saying I cannot reactive my broadband! @SkyUK
