@SkyUK I spoke to a great guy Tues who couldn’t of been more helpful with a potential upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. Couldn’t of spoken to someone so different. Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

pretty much whole of Gillingham and Shaftesbury, Dorset have no internet with Sky. @SkyHelpTeam keep saying they will send engineers out to homes next week, how can’t they see this a sky issue not our routers?! 🤔🤯

@pizzaguy3020 @SkyHelpTeam They did the same with my parents! Should have shipped two boxes but only sent one out! Engineer had to use a spare box that was on his van! 3 weeks later, sky box has broken! Should have had a call back last Friday to organise an engineer, as per usual, nothing!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for replying. I have done all of that, repeatedly, and signal is still dropping off constantly - especially in the evenings. I just renewed my contract this week & mentioned it to the advisor. Looks like I will have to contact tech teams myself.
