@SkyHelpTeam spoke to a great guy Tues who was so helpful with a Q upgrade. He failed to call me back as arranged earlier so I rang to get the deal sorted. I couldn’t get the same guy and spoke to someone so different! Rude and unhelpful. Oh and the upgrade deal had disappeared!

@SkySports Skysports opened itself up when its revenue was threatened and almost in crisis but promptly closed it down as soon as their crisis was averted. Stop restricting your media. Allow other regions to view your media always and not when you're in crisis.

Can’t #SkySports just make an announcement at the start of each game: “Please switch off or mute the sound now if you are offended by bad language - this is a football match.” Got to be better than these constant tired “apologies if you heard some inappropriate language”.
