    @SkyUK I have waited since the 7/7/20 for you to connect my wifi and STILL NOTHING. Venerable person in the house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING! Appalling service

    @SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @SkyHelpTeam are there issues with broadband in Bournemouth? The internet has been awful all day and it is impossible to upload anything or join in on online meetings.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for posting this - I was going to fight the battle for the call centre but now I know it should be available in a couple of days to sort myself I’ll just wait, let people with more pressing issues call through!

    @SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    @SkyHelpTeam I REALLY need help with my Sky bill - you are trying to charge me for services I’ve cancelled. Who can I speak to via phone / chat / email to get this addressed I CAN NOT fix it from self help online I’ve tried - I just need to contact sky support it’s urgent now

    @SkyHelpTeam Just checked it’s saying Its due to a phone mast close to you isn't working. Having same issue at work and checked and says that’s due to upgrade work, so unable to actually use my data 😕😕

    @SkyHelpTeam I have. Entertainingly it keeps going on and off this evening…so I remain totally unconvinced that they do need to come in…there’s an area outage for BT customers as well…I’m not going to cancel the appointment this time though…it’s unstable.

    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been on the phone to the broadband team for 1 hour and 17 mins to find out its a third party @OpenreachHelp that is the issue. Their engineer lied to me saying it would be working within 24 hours

Sometimes it tells me there's an outage and other times it tells me it's fine. But it's not Sky. It's not. Skyyyyyyyyyy. REPLYYYYYYYYYYYY.
