@SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

Had the WORST customer service with @SkyHelpTeam. Been with Sky for years and our broadband is very slow (pay for the Wi-Fi check) they said their was a problem and booked an engineer. Found their was a problem with hub and had to phone. Phoned up to the RUDEST man ever. cont.

@SkyHelpTeam you sent an engineer to fix slow speeds, but since then, the connection has been unstable, dropping a couple of times every hour. Can't work from home, smart devices resetting, TV shows failing to record, because it's unreliable. App says there's no problem 🙄🙄
