    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It took me through to AppleTV+ via a link. I entered all my details to set up an account and just before the submit button it said 7 day free trial. Apply cust service had no details on it.
