Before you tell me to troubleshoot my Internet...it is just fine. It's your shockingly awful Glass service that is full of bugs and I'm quite frankly getting sick of it.

Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.
