    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Glass is CONSTANTLY saying please wait for programme to load then goes to a blank screen. Before you tell me to troubleshoot my Internet...it is just fine. It's your shockingly awful Glass service that is full of bugs and I'm quite frankly getting sick of it.

    @SkySports Putting the MNF Chelsea v Fulham knowing they were in the League cup draw. 9 L1 games had to be moved for your armchair audience convience. Now thousands of match going fans have to change their plans for your poor scheduling.

    @SkyHelpTeam Of course you're not monitoring this anymore! I'm adding to the list of complaints so others can see. 5 weeks without broadband. Can't work, can't watch TV. Got nowhere contacting your help centre. No updates, no idea when it'll be fixed. Utterly useless. You are a disgrace!

    @SkyUK my vulnerable parents have been taken advantage of by your sales team and now they have had no service for a week and after hours of my dad trying to talk to someone and things still haven’t improved! I will look to escalate this! 😡
