@SkyHelpTeam Got offered a sky store voucher due to issues with broadband on 1st day of switching to you from BT, and it's impossible to use it - I wanted to use it to pay for Jungle Cruise at the weekend but it wouldn't let me and I've now been charged full amount to my account 🤬🤬

I put up with Sky mobile’s sketchy signal, piggy-backing off O2 because I work from home a lot and can use WiFi. If sky broadband is going to be equally as bad, then I’ve got a problem. Help @SkyHelpTeam , the WiFi cuts in and and out every few minutes to the point it’s unusable

@SkyHelpTeam hello! i have this weird issue with my internet & tv.. every night my internet will go off when the sky q box shuts off due to eco-mode but when i take the sky q box off eco-mode ( which fixed the internet problem ) none of my apps worked on the tv

@SkyUK my SkyQ 2tb box is constantly losing connection to my Internet... started happening last 2 weeks and everything I store connection it drops few hours later. All other devices are on WiFi with no issues.

@SkyHelpTeam We have called 3 times, and failed to get a satisfying answer, or any problem solving at all other than sending someone over in a week's time. We did not expect @SkyHelpTeam to be so unhelpful.
