@bondola @SkyUK Exactly same for me, no issues with BT in 4 years and I switched to sky this month. Not impressed.

@tonygrie @bondola @SkyUK I think the issue lies with BT, companies that use the BT line. Most companies have user reported outages for most of the South East, and all these companies use BT lines. These outages will be reported to their provider, not BT, as the end user assume its the providers fault.
