@SkyUK Why does my sky glass keep freezing on live TV? I either get "Waiting for the programme to load" or the picture freezes while the audio still plays. Have no issue with playback programmes or apps, only live TV.

@brianlcook3 @SkyUK When your contract expires, call them up and cancel, they realise it's harder to get new customers than it is to retain current customers, they'll call you back practically begging you to take a cheaper price with a faster speed.
