  @a__merrett @SkyHelpTeam Sky is part of Ofcom’s voluntary scheme to provide automatic compensation to anyone hit by internet issues that last for a long time. Sky will pay customers £8.06 per day during an outage. That scheme does however require the problems to last for two full working days..

  @SkyHelpTeam @FromTheDome The engineers are currently onsite working to resolve this. Updates will be posted whenever possible from our Twitter page or through the link I sent. There's no ETA for resolution. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  @SkyHelpTeam Went down last night here in Tunbridge Wells then back down at 8am this morning! Using my data which is getting eaten away. 8am I checked the status and your site states it usually take a couple of hours to fix well it's well over that. What is the update please? 😡😡😡

  @a__merrett @SkyHelpTeam According to the Independent.. The problem was the result of “an issue at exchanges”, Sky said, though it gave few details on what exactly that problem might be.
