@SkyHelpTeam I tell you ,in the scheme of the last 2x years it's a minor problem. But,at night watching tv it's so confusing. One gets used to going by the time displayed on the screen. Fatal at present. Time for bed not time for bed. Football on at 8.40p.m.! etc

Can't wait until the clock changing person comes back to work on Thursday to press the button at @SkyUK HQ that will put all the sky box clocks back one hour. Clearly a bad time to be off work. Maybe they should show somebody else how to do it in March 2022.

@SkyHelpTeam My electrics briefly went off today, for around half an hour. Now saying my Sky Q box can’t connect to network, nor my mini Sky Q box. Network showing it is connected. Have tried numerous times to start and reconnect, no luck. Any clues?
