@SkyHelpTeam It says 80mbps to the hub, but that figure never alters. As you can see from the speed tests, the in-practice download speeds are wildly different, even within a few minutes of each other. Last night the speed was too low to even run a test through the My Sky app

@SkyHelpTeam LS, as you well know, Sky guarantee at least 3mbps in every room with your ‘broadband boost’, so the issue I need resolving now is how much compensation I’m due for Sky not delivering on that guarantee last night...

@VirginMediaIE I had skysports HD and then ordered the btsports. Btsports came on and skysports went off and they told me it's an indefinite problem and don't know when I will get them back on

@SkyUK My son’s sim will not connect to Mobile Data apps such as WhatsApp even with a full 4G signal. We also use the find my iPhone app for safety and cannot do so unless he can use data. Can you tell me why he cannot connect without Wi-Fi??
