    @SkyHelpTeam been waiting in all day for an engineer to come and install my SkyQ box. Engineer never turned up. Called sky and they are unable to tell me when an engineer is coming. Not good enough. Sky communication to customer is disgraceful

    @SkyHelpTeam hi all of a sudden subtitles have stopped working on my sky q box. Turning the box off then on at the plug sometimes fixes it but often doesnt. Issue occurs on live tv and recorded.

    @SkyHelpTeam LS, as you well know, Sky guarantee at least 3mbps in every room with your ‘broadband boost’, so the issue I need resolving now is how much compensation I’m due for Sky not delivering on that guarantee last night...

    @SkyHelpTeam I need a phone number to contact regarding fixing our home internet, it is incredibly slow and is an issue with the main phoneline. I can't find a number on the website and the virtual assistant isn't getting me where I need to be. Please can you help? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't call as no one can hear me. Are you able to raise an issue. Tried calls via Internet work fine so looking likely an area issue but I cannot call as they won't be able to hear me ie that being the problem

    @SkyHelpTeam But Sky owns Now TV. And that's part of the problem. There are so many providers and handoffs. Nobody takes responsibility.

    @SkyUK Your customer services lines are closed for training (!!!) So there is no way I can talk to anyone about my downgrading my package to save money, as the app doesn't allow me to do this. When will you be taking calls again????
