@SkyHelpTeam hi all of a sudden subtitles have stopped working on my sky q box. Turning the box off then on at the plug sometimes fixes it but often doesnt. Issue occurs on live tv and recorded.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to upgrade my sky broadband for the last few days but it keeps saying ‘technical error’ & to refresh the page. I really want to upgrade to save myself money while still having sky internet which is a great service

Phoned @SkyUK on 23rd about issues with Paramount+ got told it would be sorted and working in 4 hours, phoned back on 24th guy apologised said he would look into it and call me back but would be the 30th December sadly he never said which year

@SkyHelpTeam been waiting in all day for an engineer to come and install my SkyQ box. Engineer never turned up. Called sky and they are unable to tell me when an engineer is coming. Not good enough. Sky communication to customer is disgraceful

@SkyHelpTeam LS, as you well know, Sky guarantee at least 3mbps in every room with your ‘broadband boost’, so the issue I need resolving now is how much compensation I’m due for Sky not delivering on that guarantee last night...

@SkyHelpTeam Can anyone help with ITV hub not working on our sky glass puck. Tried all the obvious things - switching off for 2 mins - resetting the itv hub and signing back in - checked for updates - hub loads and then won’t play any programmes

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my broadbands been down all day, all your online service checker states is it will be back up in 2hrs. 10hrs later, im still waiting and it still reckons 2hrs. Can you tell me what is the problem and when will it be fixed as your website has no information?

I cannot believe that we have had no broadband for ONE WEEK tomorrow and have no idea if we’ll ever get it back, unbelievably nobody at #sky knows any more details, used all mobile data, had to buy an #EE router for £50 to see us through more days of no service!!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, our WiFi has suddenly stopped working properly in WF5. Keeps dropping in and out every couple of minutes. Unplugged the box and plugged it back in again and still having the same issue. Is this an area service issue because of the bad weather?
