    @SkyHelpTeam hi all of a sudden subtitles have stopped working on my sky q box. Turning the box off then on at the plug sometimes fixes it but often doesnt. Issue occurs on live tv and recorded.

    @SkyHelpTeam LS, as you well know, Sky guarantee at least 3mbps in every room with your ‘broadband boost’, so the issue I need resolving now is how much compensation I’m due for Sky not delivering on that guarantee last night...

    @SkyHelpTeam It says 80mbps to the hub, but that figure never alters. As you can see from the speed tests, the in-practice download speeds are wildly different, even within a few minutes of each other. Last night the speed was too low to even run a test through the My Sky app

    @SkyHelpTeam It has a "moisture in charging port" warning. It came up Monday evening. The phone hasn't been in contact with water at all. Problem is the battery is now flat so I can't try the solution Samsung recommend.
