    Phoned @SkyUK on 23rd about issues with Paramount+ got told it would be sorted and working in 4 hours, phoned back on 24th guy apologised said he would look into it and call me back but would be the 30th December sadly he never said which year

    So @SkyUK are putting my broadband price up by 10%.......bet I don't get 10% extra speed or 10% better customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says 80mbps to the hub, but that figure never alters. As you can see from the speed tests, the in-practice download speeds are wildly different, even within a few minutes of each other. Last night the speed was too low to even run a test through the My Sky app

    @thelawns @SkyHelpTeam My sky internet goes off every single night between 5 and 6 phone up and they say there is no issue absolute pain in the neck

    @SkyHelpTeam hi all of a sudden subtitles have stopped working on my sky q box. Turning the box off then on at the plug sometimes fixes it but often doesnt. Issue occurs on live tv and recorded.

    @SkyHelpTeam LS, as you well know, Sky guarantee at least 3mbps in every room with your ‘broadband boost’, so the issue I need resolving now is how much compensation I’m due for Sky not delivering on that guarantee last night...

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to upgrade my sky broadband for the last few days but it keeps saying ‘technical error’ & to refresh the page. I really want to upgrade to save myself money while still having sky internet which is a great service

    zak gng on tv saying "oscar was speeding" "oscar didnt say anything about the broken up tarmac" like does he even keep up with the race or ???? cuz skysports literally showed oscar complaining on radio about the tarmac and oscar's team had told him he wasnt speeding :/

    @SkyHelpTeam Called you 12 days ago to say my iPhone 16 not working. Assured package to return would be sent out. 12 days later, no package, no replacement phone. Have spent 3 hours on phone, an hour and a half on chat. Been lied to repeatedly. No phone, no communication!
