@SkyHelpTeam hi all of a sudden subtitles have stopped working on my sky q box. Turning the box off then on at the plug sometimes fixes it but often doesnt. Issue occurs on live tv and recorded.

@SkyHelpTeam It says 80mbps to the hub, but that figure never alters. As you can see from the speed tests, the in-practice download speeds are wildly different, even within a few minutes of each other. Last night the speed was too low to even run a test through the My Sky app

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to upgrade my sky broadband for the last few days but it keeps saying ‘technical error’ & to refresh the page. I really want to upgrade to save myself money while still having sky internet which is a great service

@SkyHelpTeam been waiting in all day for an engineer to come and install my SkyQ box. Engineer never turned up. Called sky and they are unable to tell me when an engineer is coming. Not good enough. Sky communication to customer is disgraceful

@SkyHelpTeam I’m having trouble getting a decent ping on valorant servers. I’m not happy. I had 26 this morning for the London servers and now the least I’m getting is 184 on Frankfurt 2. I’m not impressed and I’m wanting to know what’s happening.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for responding, the speed seems fine but the last 2 nights we've been playing online and ping is usually between 50-70ms but right now it's between 200-300 We're all with sky too. Other friends on diff providers have no issues. Tried resetting etc
