@SkyHelpTeam It says 80mbps to the hub, but that figure never alters. As you can see from the speed tests, the in-practice download speeds are wildly different, even within a few minutes of each other. Last night the speed was too low to even run a test through the My Sky app

@SkyHelpTeam hi all of a sudden subtitles have stopped working on my sky q box. Turning the box off then on at the plug sometimes fixes it but often doesnt. Issue occurs on live tv and recorded.

@SkyHelpTeam been waiting in all day for an engineer to come and install my SkyQ box. Engineer never turned up. Called sky and they are unable to tell me when an engineer is coming. Not good enough. Sky communication to customer is disgraceful

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks I was doing that, but it’s taking longer to load web pages than Twitter. I only have 1 bar Sky network signal and 3G instead of the usual 4G so every step in the process is taking forever. I will keep trying and let you know results
