    @SkyHelpTeam It is coming up that all is fine, but I regularly get little periods where signal is sketchy and in particular rooms, it is also not giving me option of booking an engineer.

    @SkyUK soooooo frustrating trying to upgrade so I can watch something. After being sent round the houses online I’m told to ring.... 45 minute queue time. I think it’s time to cancel my subscription

    @SkyHelpTeam We finally got him to offer the security question. Why he wouldn't immediately, I don't know. Apparently the automated line my Dad talked to earlier did NOT remove Sky Cinema from our account as requested. It said we are sorry to hear you want to leave Sky Cinema, please hang up.

    @SkyHelpTeam They identified it as a copper wire problem??? Engineer came out tested from the box to the post all was fine so blamed the transmission from the post to my property. Due to it being high up they require health an safety regs for ladders. I’m ringing sky as we speak

    @SkyHelpTeam I pay for the Sky Q multi screen pack. I was never sent to box for a second screen, how do so request as you seen not accepting calls and chat is disabled?

    @SkyHelpTeam Just through now, but he can't help as we don't know the password. Apparently there's no way to retrieve my account password so I'm held hostage paying you over £100 per month.

    I can't explain how disappointing the customer service I've received from @SkyHelpTeam has been. Were due to have our new house connected before the holidays. I waited in a house without furniture for eight hours before finding out the engineer had cancelled without telling us...

    @SkyHelpTeam He did not until we complained that we don't know the password. Now, after telling him I don't want Fibre as my phone line will be reliant on a broadband connection, he is reading T&C that if my broadband goes down, I will need another phone line to make emergency calls. Useless!

    Please avoid Sky broadband and telephone service. I’ve had an absolutely appalling customer service experience. Placed my order on 8th December. It’s twice been cancelled since. No one seems to care at sky and now I’ve been told to go elsewhere! @SkyHelpTeam @TSBBCare
