    @SkyHelpTeam I already did it, they told me there is no issue with my account. I also reset password, but still get the message, even with a wrong password

    Ridiculous service from @SkyHelpTeam Want to cancel Sky and they simply make you wait long enough you hang up. Answer in 3mins they said. I gave up after 20. 2hr wait on messenger. Good ploy Sky. I still haven't cancelled

    @SkyHelpTeam It is coming up that all is fine, but I regularly get little periods where signal is sketchy and in particular rooms, it is also not giving me option of booking an engineer.

    @SkyUK It’s a great idea and streaming is the future. But the screen isn’t high enough quality for this price range, poor dynamic contrast and colours. I had it but sent back, went back to Q and got a Philips Oled with amazing picture and sound for same price.

    @SkyUK I am looking into moving into a property with no sky dish and have been a sky customer for over 15 years . I am not in contract so am looking at my options for moving . Could you tell me roughly what the switch price would be please

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband down in Haverhill, tried the online fixes but nothing works. Rang the helpline to be told it’s an external issue and to allow 2 working days. All service checkers say there isn’t an issue so is there an issue or is it just me?

    @SkyHelpTeam You don’t help, 2 weeks mine was down for & all you get is a message saying ur aware of it, had to constantly ring & hang on for ages to talk to a human, who knows nothing & still chasing compensation, cannot wait for contract to expire
