Just wait for your automated 1 month credit as per Ofcom’s regs and get over it rather than having a go at on online agent you silly goose

@SkyHelpTeam I've had no Internet access all day. I've unplugged and reset my sky hub about 50 times. No lights showing on the hub at all. I've logged an issue with the hub but it says it can take 3 days for replacement Will I be reimbursed for the internet cost in this time?
