@SkyUK @SkySportsF1 And when I record the live race so the box goes, oo, you must also want the highlights then, no....why would I wanna watch it twice, worst suggestion ever. And even when you cancel the recording if you see it in the schedule it still goes ahead and records it anyway.

@SkyHelpTeam hey, are you aware of any issues with the TV From Sky app on the PS5? When trying to watch live TV or something on catch up, it will happily play for 10-30 secs then the yellow buffer circle comes up! Internet is fine, every other app works fine, just the Sky app

@SkyHelpTeam I hate to be the person to turn to Twitter but I kinda feel I have to. My Mum just called to query her phone bill and the rep she spoke to laughed down the phone and refused to allow her to talk to a manager. Disappointing customer service!

@_BloodyCyclist @AbelandCole Absolutely agree - companies that require employees to drive for their job should have a duty to provide advanced driver training. I experienced an aggressive @SkyUK driver this week and I have asked them what additional training was provided to support his knowledge of the HC.

@SkyHelpTeam I am looking to talk to someone to explain to me as to why for weeks now my internet just randomly drops out at any point during the day disconnecting me from the broadband I don't actually go a day without it cutting out, its a joke I am paying for an awful service

@SkyHelpTeam daniel lets just say for example an 101 year old woman has 50 years service with sky is triple diamond vip in financial trouble feels sky are ripping her off, no at sky is available to talk to her about it only after she pays the bill with money that does not exist seems logical
