@SkyHelpTeam Followed all the steps. Still having issues. When I ask to speak to someone - it doesn’t allow me to do that. Ring customer services - you hang up and send the same website link. Not good service at all.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Today @Sky have informed my mother in law that there is nothing they can do because @OpenreachHelp need to fix it and they cannot get in touch with them. She is extremely upset and has no idea what to do now as all she wants is a working phone line and broadband connection.
