@SkyHelpTeam That’s really poor. You’re not providing the full service that is being paid for so your statement is incorrect. If it was an issue for an hour or so then fair enough but to not have access now for 2 days. That’s failing in your duty to deliver a paid service..

@SkyHelpTeam Just that it's been 'prioritised' which is what i was told 2 days so no real update and right now my expectation is so low now. The real highlight was when he tried to sell me a Netflix package.... when I have no internet....seriously poor experience
