    @virginmedia absolutely shocking service. On hold over an hour and person hangs up. Ring back and put back in the queue. Can’t wait to go back to @SkyHelpTeam as soon as I can cancel my contract.

    Been with @SkyHelpTeam for over 5 years now, reached Gold Vip status. You'd think when a customer rings up and says I've got 6 months left on my contract which I can't afford any longer they'd be more helpful than to say sorry pal your in contract, ring us back in Sept!
