    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help

    @SkyHelpTeam I just spent two hours on the phone to your technical team, and it was a waste of time. Another engineer coming out tomorrow AM, so this will be fifth time lucky. The issue needs escalating to people who can actually fix it, and my complaint needs reopening until fixed.

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer should be coming tomorrow thanks, but would of thought more people would have this issue constantly if a faulty cable. It’s been a hit and miss, sometimes no issues for weeks then down for a few hours or sometimes a day several times a week

    @SkyHelpTeam We have broadband and Internet calls Our calls are not working we cannot make or recieve calls "Check telephone line".. have tried disconnecting everything But issue isn't resolved !! Help please as there is no helpline phone number that I can call via mobile 😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you having problems in Eastleigh and Southampton area today? Intermittent broadband service today. Service is dropping, but DSL is up. Having to reboot to fix. 45mins to get through on the phone?!
