    @SkyUK got new broadband for less than 3 days which should have child security settings that are not working your call centre states “they are helpless”

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer came round our house said we could have Ultimate on Demand for for free. Started being charged for it. Gone to cancel it (‘it’s easy just go on the mysky app’) to find out I’ve got to ring up and there’s a 45minute wait. Shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi guys we were just looking at our sky account and noticed we have had an increase of £36 pound a month since June. Surely this can't be fair especially to a long standing customer. The words **** Turpin springs to mind.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tested my line and it has drastically drooped below min speed again this is getting ridiculous now and very poor service from sky and you are left waiting for excessive amount of time to get connected to an agent on the phone!

And to answer your question no it won’t get resolved today sounds as though there are about 4 steps that need to happen first so you’re probably looking at a month

Using a domestic broadband service for work is against TCs and breaches your contract so probably best to not moan about it online hey
