@SkyHelpTeam But surely we should have had something from Sky to explain this? As we’ve had Sky for a few years now with engineers coming regularly due to the dish needing adjusting, and this is the first issue we have had?

@SkyHelpTeam The engineer advised we weren’t able to have Sky Q with the dish being where it is. It is fixed to a large pole (old telegraph pole) at the bottom of the garden the problem being the engineer wanted a stone/concrete wall to fix the ladder to. The dish is only about 8ft up.

Still title challenge every year win every trophy but no one has any issues there do they? Pick and choose when skysports tell you to be upset
