@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I only have one Sky Q box. I'm giving up now. I appreciate you are trying to help but I shouldn't have to be messing around with menus to access football which I have paid for. If the main event system is not reliable,major football matches should always be on 402/403

@SkyHelpTeam @blootertagain Same issue sky. Clearly because it’s on main event your penalising people who haven’t subscribed to this. Tried rebooting etc. It might be working for you but guaranteed you have the full sports package which is why it will be working

@SkyHelpTeam That blatantly isn’t true. The issue is only with the Scotland game and there’s been no effort made to fix this. Furthermore, what you’re saying is completely contrary to your earlier advice that the Main Event channel would be made available for the match.
