@SkyUK is the absolute WORST company I have ever had to deal with trying to contact you about my broadband an your automated service keeps hanging up on me if you’re trying to loose a customer your doing great 👏🏻

Hey @SkyHelpTeam Your broadband has now went down 3 times this morning and yet when I check it says no issues. Well, I can tell you, there bloody well is issues!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it did an THAT number is the automated service which is it letting you even say what the problem is it’s sending you right to online an sending you a text you have NO idea after the 7th time do trying to get through I’m ready to cancel my sky you see where I’m coming from!!

@VodafoneUK im guessong your customer service agents don’t care about existing customers, 3 times I have had to chat with them to get through to cancellations each time I connect it disconnects. Maybe better going to @SkyUK mobile service

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it did give THAT number... your automated service DOES NOT even let you say what’s wrong now before sending you a text with link “90% of queries are sorted online” - if I hear that one more time I will cancel my order with sky do you understand!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I called at 11.30 to report that the internet light on my router is off and I was informed that there is a problem in my area and an engineer was already dealing. 3 hours on.. Nothing has changed and I'm starting a 12 hour shift soon and need it for my work

@SkyHelpTeam what a Shambles your broadband service is, constantly dropping out, pay good money and end up missing half of the biggest game of the season so far.

@SkyHelpTeam I have rebooted my router 46 times since February because of Sky Qs rubbish connection. Never had a problem with Sky HD. A manager was going to call in March But like most things Sky - didn’t bother. We are still waiting

@SkyUK where do you get off?! You’ve progressively hiked the price from £50 to £67 a month I know that you will say ‘it’s in the contract’ but I could care less - you’ve totally destroyed the trust. You could make it free for a year now and I still would remain a customer.

@SkyUK have you noticed that it’s 2022?? Your mobile phone signal clearly hasn’t!! 3G is basically redundant. 4G may as well be too. Middle of a city centre and yet couldn’t get a signal!! I had a better signal in the middle of the Italian mountains 6 years ago!!! #mobileservice
