@SkyHelpTeam Yes I've done all that it says it's working but as soon as i try to connect sky box, mobile phone or anything else i get message saying network access denied

So NO TV until Wednesday due to an ongoing problem since 6th May @SkyUK and a 72 wait for a call back ! The complaint handler told me the manager would say exactly the same as her. I won’t tell you what my reply was to that albeit it was polite.

It's not ten Hag's fault what has happened in ur **** club last 15 years, he did mistakes but surely the fault doesn't lie in ur last 10 managers but smth else.

@SkyHelpTeam I have called about this before and engineer couldn't find a fault but the TV box is doing the same thing from 1.30pm til about 6pm every single day , picture is coming and going and all jumpy I'm sick of it a service we pay for and don't get

@skyhelpteam ridiculous service today !!40 mins on phone to help desk and because his IT went down he couldn’t finish booking in an eng. I asked if he could transfer me to a colleague he said no I had to wait until Tuesday when he can call me back. Absolute bonkers !
