@SkyHelpTeam can Sky stop posting and emailing me about coming back to Sky please. Its constant. I quit because I exhausted all other options, sick off all the stuff I keep getting thru. If in 18 months you offer a decent deal I might come back, until then stop sending me crap.

@SkyHelpTeam @debsmc75 I think if anyone at sky wanted to review a customer care call they might be interested despite 3 days of trying my dad can’t beat your ivr set up to speak to actual person. That might provide someone some comfort if that’s how it was designed

@SkyHelpTeam your customer service is abysmal. Please start paying attention to what people are telling you and stop blanket directions to online help; it’s pointless in case of outages. Most people just want an idea of what the issue is and how soon it will be resolved.
