@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried this previously and followed the onscreen instructions and it just takes you to the activate page with the QR Code which I’ve already activated and signed up. This happens for Discovery and Paramount plus. Only works on mobile devices. Please help

@SkyHelpTeam I think you’ve misunderstood my question. Sky is aware there is a problem and have sent messages to confirm the fact and that they are working on fixing it. I asked if there was an update regarding how much longer we will be without internet as jobs are dependent on a connection

I don’t know if im the only man United fan but I really don’t care about the “de jong is 90% coming” or “man United officials have gone to Amsterdam to complete the move”. You never know what is true or not besides a few sources such as @sistoney67 @FabrizioRomano and @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam Wow!! That’s customer service for you!!! Your products aren’t working so you expect the customer to spend money during these difficult times to access what they’re already paying for? In this case it is 2 of your products.

@alisonmanic @SkyHelpTeam Also there is fault on your line, if you cancel and go to another provider the fault still needs to be fixed you muppet so you'll be without internet for at least 3 weeks

@fa_mikeh @jkriggins @SkyUK It's not saying that at all. It is saying other devices on the network (whether that be Sky or other) such as printers, other mobiles or laptops, are able to see that the iPhone exists. This is something that is needed for these devices to talk to one another...
