@SkyHelpTeam I can’t it saying it can’t do the test right now it was ok till 12 last night and saw online that sky was having maintenance up north and it said nothing about London but ours went and this morning light gone back to green but still no connection sky is the worst

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura, Broadband was up and running by 6am so any line test won't show the outage from last night - however, I was without a service from approx 12:15am for a number of hours, your outage description messages will show this.

@SkyHelpTeam There isn’t a problem to fix?? Ok, so what happens then I just stay on internet of 7.8Mbps? How does my internet get faster if there isn’t a problem, but this is the fastest you can give me?? Who do I need to speak too to get this PROBLEM fixed??

@SkyHelpTeam I called yesterday and the lady was very unhelpful i pay a lot money to sky and my iPhone keeps disconnecting when people call me or I call them also my phone gets really hot when charging and it’s only a year old. She wouldn’t send me a replacement or do anything to help.
