@SkyHelpTeam been waiting in all day for an engineer to come and install my SkyQ box. Engineer never turned up. Called sky and they are unable to tell me when an engineer is coming. Not good enough. Sky communication to customer is disgraceful

@SkyHelpTeam Don't you think that the fact that I have used tracerts to look into the issue that I am advanced/knowledgeable enough to have already tried all of those? An engineer can't fix tracert (server routing issues) at a visit. This is an OpenReach issue. @OpenreachHelp

@SkyHelpTeam upgraded my broadband package in August and WiFi has been unstable since. Promised a new router that never arrived. There’s a 20 min call waiting time to speak to someone. Is there an email address I can use instead?
