@SkyHelpTeam That assumes I have a landline number. I don't even know anybody under 40 that has one. Surely you could have made it so that somebody puts their postcode in and learns about issues in their area...

@SkyHelpTeam . . we have three children and three mini Q boxes, yet can’t use them all at the same time if we wanted!? Ridiculous. The guy on the phone even said you could issue a software update so this could happen but you won’t do it!? So it’s hello @virginmedia or @bt_uk

@SkyHelpTeam having a problem in the bn7 area been having a message of a problem on my area when trying to check internet, had a message for 3 weeks saying “ there is an issue in my area it should take about 2 hours“ it been 3 weeks this is a joke, how long is it going to take

@SkyHelpTeam Still no Internet. 🤬 It would be much more beneficial if you could liaise with BT and have Fibre installed instead of fixing the issue. Every other house around my area has it except my row, which consists of 5 homes. Just a thought!
