@jonahjones1983 @SkyHelpTeam It’s because they use O2 who have been awful for the past 12-18 months. I left them to join EE and been spot on since.

@SkyHelpTeam Definitely not resolved! Have had multiple important calls not go through. Absolutely disgusting service, putting it out that problem is sorted and yet here we are three hours later still waiting to take and make calls and total radio silence from you.

@JuliePounder1 @SkyHelpTeam Looking at #EmergencyAlert seems to be a lot of people suffering network outages from this alert. People still also getting the emergency alert think it’s fair to say it’s ******. So I’ll wait until they un **** it up. As at least it’s not me stupidly messing it up.
