@SunSport Shocking customer service. How can you charge for something they can't provide. Happy if they give the money to small clubs who can't pay staff etc with no gate funds. @SkySports @btsport

@SkyHelpTeam My neighbour has been in touch & ae has been informed it will be repaired within the next 48 working hours, this isn’t good enough. I can’t work kids can’t do school work, thinking now of moving provider as this isn’t good service! It’s hard to check online as limited data

Hi @SkyUK . Why even provide a tab to 'Remove this package' if you then do not allow the package to be removed without calling someone to try and be convinced otherwise? Just wondering who the customer and who the provider is here?

Had perfect Internet with BT broadband and now my mum has swapped to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam it is absolutely ****! Sky freezes when it loses signal and when I play fortnite the signal drops every 2 mins, making it impossible to play now.
