@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I just tried to call your UK customer centre at 10.25 PM (08007 591 263) as your website said it was open. It was closed. I heard a recorded message saying “please call back before 11pm, 7 days a week”. At 10.25. Maybe your outbound voice message needs updating?

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you, actually it was my netgear modem that lost some settings ( VlanID and priority ) inexplicably, so I input them back in and it reconnected straight away. Shared it on Sky Community just in case someone had the same issue

.@SkyUK can someone please explain why you did away with your “never miss” feature. Just discovered I’ve missed the first 2 episodes of season 11 of Blue Bloods. Caught the start of the Chicago trilogy by sheer chance. PLEASE bring it back!
