    @SkyHelpTeam lip syncing issues on Sky Q mini box tv. Switched system/tv off/taken plugs out. Looked at audio/visual settings m changed ‘dig audio delay optical’ settings n changed. Also looked at TV settings. Advice?

    @SkySports Is this not a problem with VAR, no flag for offside until play stops this causes challenges to be made that aren't necessary.

    @SkyHelpTeam We can’t get through and we reported issues with our HD box months ago. All you tried to do was sell us SkyQ, this is why we are looking for a supplier that treats its customer better.

    @SkyUK second time an iPhone order has been delayed through you. I should’ve just ordered direct from Apple! And why do you only tell people the day before it’s due to be delivered. I ordered within the first 45 mins of the preorder going live and that was despite the slow site.

    Anyone else find it unacceptable service providers like @SkyUK use C19 as a way of completely dropping customer service? Yes I still have the “service”, but no customer support? If my service fails, there is no way of contacting Sky unless I’m a key worker. It’s a joke.

    @SkySports Slow news day, VVD debate ended, Maguire penalty debate although there was similar instances in game, you obviously didn't see, now, you want to pick Olè team, didn't this mentioned after Newcastle, PSG games. Give it a rest ,you wouldn't have jobs but for @ManUtd .

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @SkyHelpTeam I do not live with him so cannot check the line. I want I understand if the problem is his laptop or a Sky broadband issue. So do not want to book an engineer if the problem is his laptop. I have used your online info but it cannot help me. I need to chat to somebody please

    More trouble with Sky Broadband to add to the issues we already have with our Sky HD Box. We pay them a great deal of money for completely unsatisfactory service @skytv @SkyUK time to find a new provider for all our services.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there. Live TV is fine. It's just On Demand is slow and laggy. The network is randomly d/c and reconnecting every 30sec or so and also randomly the image shrinks, moves to the top left, bottom left, bottom right, top right, and then the box resets! Maybe a dodgy box?

    Mad it's easier to get coverage of a Leeds game in the usa or any premier league for that matter even on Saturday 3pm no tv coverage around in the uk but usa have it all then our own country has **** all we all pay stupid money to see hardly any sport's @SkySports @BTsports

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m looking to find out why my internet keeps dropping? I tried contacting but always get unavailable whenever I phone, checked my area for an outage but says it’s fine, becoming a joke, can use it for few minutes and then cuts out, waste of money this broadband.

    @SkyUK have you ever considered a child friendly remote for any of your box's? Even having the battery compartment secured would be a big help. Or an option to lock the buttons. Just a thought
