@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyUK just received a letter from you saying my Sky subscription is to increase again, that’s the final straw I’ll be phoning to cancel Sky completely.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

City and PSGs owners never ordered the bombing of school kids in Yemen, the torture and dismemberment of dissidents, throwing of gays off tall buildings, etc…, but let’s just lay off them. 🤔

@SkyUK I gave up sky TV last month as thd signal kept dropping out, and I hadn't been able to watch anything for months. Was paying £60 a month for nothing as the area I live causes problems for reception. Haven't missed it.

@SkyHelpTeam Think you need to sort out some of the channels that you broadcast. 3 channels all showing the exact same programme. Think there is a bit of a transmission issue somewhere
