When you did get up on hold they guilt trip you to hang up by saying they are trying to priorities key workers.... For... Sky... Tv... chris (@chrisburrowsf1) reported from Gillingham, England@SkyUK well You begged me to come back, had my sky puck delivered on Tuesday and had no TV since Friday morning because the acount and the puck can't see each other and your customer teams response "it could take 72 hours to resolve, use sky go" you'll get a refund for 3 days!!
