    @mitchec1 @SkyUK @virginmedia Bad move. You will really regret it. The tv is awful. The broadband is sold as super fast but router is terrible.

    @bt_uk were supposed to take over my internet today, then delayed till 22nd April. They forgot to tell @SkyUK who cancelled from BTs instruction so now I don’t have any internet for a month. Cheers @bt_uk for remaining me of why I never used you in the first place #clowns

    @SkyHelpTeam When you say feed do you mean Twitter? Sorry I don't mean to be difficult! It's just it's not the first time it's happened & I can never find any info, there doesn't seem to be anything about last night but it was definitely down for an hour for me! Makes it hard being on call!

    @mitchec1 @SkyUK @virginmedia Your making a big mistake don’t get proper speeds and your WiFi goes down more times than the titanic I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends useless

    @SkyHelpTeam It drops on occasion, never usually for a massive amount of time... 30 mins to an hour, sometimes longer. Obviously I know work needs to be done so that's not an issue, it's just hard to determine if it's on my side or your side! You have to kind of wait and hope!

    How you have the cheek to call a department “loyalty”. When it is £28 cheaper for a new customer compared to an existing customer Is disgusting still owe me £350 keep closing the case your end. Sort it out @skytv @SkyCustmReviews @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam is ther issues with mobile phone coverage in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire today i got no signal in AB245ND and got friend in AB513QR with same issues
