When you did get up on hold they guilt trip you to hang up by saying they are trying to priorities key workers.... For... Sky... Tv... Iucky I wanted rid becouse f1 was postponed an not that we couldn't afford it

@SkyHelpTeam what’s going on? There’s a massive outage across the south east and you apparently don’t know anything about it? Even when it’s on we should be getting atleast 60mbps yet I can hardly get 18
