@manxgeorge @SkyHelpTeam Totally agree George the Sky Go boxes are a constant issue. The router is right next to the Sky Go box but because it has to connect to the Sky Q box it causes issues ALL the time. No issues when steaming on your phone. So frustrating.

@TheCarlFord @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @skycomplaints Mate you couldn't even get through to cancle during lock down. When you did get up on hold they guilt trip you to hang up by saying they are trying to priorities key workers.... For... Sky... Tv... Iucky I wanted rid becouse f1 was postponed an not that we couldn't afford it

@SkyHelpTeam been trying to speak to someone about the awful broadband service I have. I was on hold for 30 mins started speaking to someone and then I was cut off. Customer experience has been pretty poor since I moved to sky and the issues with broadband is affecting my work.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky has to be the worst customer service I have ever received. Booked for Broadband to be installed two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been installed. I've been promised a phone call back 3 times and not one has phoned back!

Do English people really know about Ireland's history is the real question. I fully expect @SkySports to look further into this aswell

@SkyHelpTeam We have been without Broadband since Friday. Engineer was meant to turn up on Monday but no show. Called you and was told that no visit required and would be sorted remotely by Tuesday evening……..still no Internet!! Please help.
