@SkyUK have always had slow-ish wifi. However, I now cannot stream on my phone/send pictures/videos without disconnecting from wifi. TV Streaming on the TV is getting slower each day also. Is there anything that can be done?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years, I am now being charged £80 a month for my bill!! Your advisor has told me either get rid of stuff or tough because I can’t cancel until November next year🙃🙃

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK we are having absolutely shambolic service from @SkyUK - straight forward transfer of broadband to you from #BT and we have now been 2 days without any internet or TV..so that is 2 days not being able to homeschool and 2 days not being able to work from home

@SkyUK our internet is still dropping with no apparent reason sometimes for hours at a time. This has been going on for 2 weeks at least now. When will it be sorted? I pay you guys a lot of money and for 10 years we haven’t had any problems.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have, I was told that it was a simple fix (something to do with Openreach) but that it couldn’t be chased and I just had to wait it out. It seems odd that you are unable to speak with your partners and why it takes this amount of time for a simple transfer.

@SkyUK are you aware of a scam whereby people are calling to say there is unauthorised and suspicious use of sky broadband? I've had 2 calls today from people claiming to be from the sky technical team. When challenged they hang up...

@SkyUK need 2 spk 2 an actual person . automated call keeps cutting off. Ongoing broadband issue - can only book open reach to visit but the are not the right ones - needs to be sky engineer. Please contact me. Customer of over 20 years - not for much longer if this carries on

The engineer walks in and goes, oh I can’t do it that way I can only do fibre, you’ll have to call them and sort it and walked out. NOW @SkyUK have to cancel it all again, rebook at the end of this week & wait for another engineer to come out? Am I getting mugged off?

@bestcanton7 @SkySports I actually don’t get what they’re expecting there, he might not be “trophy” successful but when he takes a job the board set an expectation out and Steve Bruce almost inevitably delivers it, might only be “don’t go down” or similar but he does the job.

@SkyHelpTeam It says there is an issue but no indication of estimated fix times. Considering that Sky are now a communication company, this is not good comms or customer service. If you lost a service to your house, say - gas you would want to know when to expect it back.
