@SkyHelpTeam I have some movie and kids channel not receiving any signal and can’t watch them, not due to the weather as it’s been going on for a good month or so, I was advised it maybe my box or dish, and I have followed all your instructions to try to sort it on my own!

@SkyHelpTeam It works in sd, the only problem is I don’t pay nearly £100 a month to sky for sd. If Netflix and Amazon are in 4k for a fraction of the price and work why can’t sky get their sky q box to work when charging 10 times the price !

@SkyHelpTeam broadband is down can’t speak to anyone. I have sky mobile but We don’t get a signal in my house. Spoke to recorded bot and arranged an engineer but not coming for 2 days. Can’t go that long with no broadband or mobile. 4 kids at home.
