    @SkyHelpTeam Hi sky, I’m stuck in a loop. Broadband down, I follow your faultfinder app which leads me to a call number. I call the numbers and a recorded message then tells me to hang up and use the app unless I am a Covid vulnerable category (Im not), so I’m stuck! HELP PLEASE

    @SkyHelpTeam The charges didn't increase. At the beginning I was told the 1st and 2nd month would not be the regular payment because of installation and dates issue, so I accepted that and waited for the regular payment to kick in. I see the overcharging has gone on from beginning of contract

    @SkyHelpTeam everything OK, but connection isn't the problem! As I said, I can only edit my website via my phone (using data, not Sky network), but not through Sky.
