It seems odd that you are unable to speak with your partners and why it takes this amount of time for a simple transfer.

I call the numbers and a recorded message then tells me to hang up and use the app unless I am a Covid vulnerable category (Im not), so I’m stuck! HELP PLEASE

WIFI coverage will vary from house to house and walls naturally block wireless signals. You will also never get 1Gb speeds over WIFI but you will when you are hardwired with an Ethernet cable.
