@SkyUK have always had slow-ish wifi. However, I now cannot stream on my phone/send pictures/videos without disconnecting from wifi. TV Streaming on the TV is getting slower each day also. Is there anything that can be done?

@SkyHelpTeam I have no satellite signal it cut off half way through a program. There is nothing blocking it no thunder storms. I’ve unplugged it all and plugged it back in. What else can I do?

@SkyUK our internet is still dropping with no apparent reason sometimes for hours at a time. This has been going on for 2 weeks at least now. When will it be sorted? I pay you guys a lot of money and for 10 years we haven’t had any problems.

Loaded up £600 worth of MTTs only for @SkyHelpTeam to go down all night, had to spend the evening trying to 1 table on my phone using 4G. Nightmare, and the help service are completely useless.
