@SkyUK our internet is still dropping with no apparent reason sometimes for hours at a time. This has been going on for 2 weeks at least now. When will it be sorted? I pay you guys a lot of money and for 10 years we haven’t had any problems.

@SkyUK have always had slow-ish wifi. However, I now cannot stream on my phone/send pictures/videos without disconnecting from wifi. TV Streaming on the TV is getting slower each day also. Is there anything that can be done?

@SkyUK any ideas why our internet is down? It’s been a little unreliable over the last week and today it’s completely gone. I’ve tried reporting a problem on you page and all I get is an error message.

@SkyHelpTeam I've tested my speeds before as this happened multiples of times and I haven't put a claim in either. This time I'll look I to as its still doing it. It is completely cutting off and other in my town are having the same issues as well as nationally I've seen.

@SkySports My only question would be is did Soucek's elbow need to be that high? Never a red though as Mitrovic makes a meal of it & #MikeDean had to watch it numerous times in slow-mo & super slow-mo when he saw it in clear view in real time & never showed red!! #MikeDeanBeingMikeDean

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK we are having absolutely shambolic service from @SkyUK - straight forward transfer of broadband to you from #BT and we have now been 2 days without any internet or TV..so that is 2 days not being able to homeschool and 2 days not being able to work from home

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have, I was told that it was a simple fix (something to do with Openreach) but that it couldn’t be chased and I just had to wait it out. It seems odd that you are unable to speak with your partners and why it takes this amount of time for a simple transfer.

@scwarlem @SkyHelpTeam This was something that changed when Sky was bought by Comcast. As if already high subscription wasn’t bad enough, they squeeze even more out of adverts by forcing you to sit through them. They get paid by subscriptions AND advertisers. Disgusting really.
