    @SkyHelpTeam Hi sky, I’m stuck in a loop. Broadband down, I follow your faultfinder app which leads me to a call number. I call the numbers and a recorded message then tells me to hang up and use the app unless I am a Covid vulnerable category (Im not), so I’m stuck! HELP PLEASE

    @SkyHelpTeam I have some movie and kids channel not receiving any signal and can’t watch them, not due to the weather as it’s been going on for a good month or so, I was advised it maybe my box or dish, and I have followed all your instructions to try to sort it on my own!

    Apparently @F1 viewing figures dropped by nearly 9million when TV coverage switch to pay to watch with @SkySports poor @C4F1 took a big hit. Bring live #F1 back CH4! It’s no good to anyone being on Sky. I, like millions of others, wont pay Sky to watch it. More @FIAFormulaE then

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no satellite signal it cut off half way through a program. There is nothing blocking it no thunder storms. I’ve unplugged it all and plugged it back in. What else can I do?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years, I am now being charged £80 a month for my bill!! Your advisor has told me either get rid of stuff or tough because I can’t cancel until November next year🙃🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam 15 year sky customer here. I spoke to retentions this morning to agree a new 24 month tv and broadband deal. They gave me a price for all services to recontract. We agreed I’d go and think about it. When I called back hours later they refused the offer! Disgusting.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can someone with authority please review complaint 5077963113? Multiple failed attempts at router delivery as Sky keep using the wrong address, despite multiple assurances it has been corrected. Concerning also that PI could be breached as a result.
