    Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

    Kudos to Nicola from @SkyUK customer services, understood my situation and went above and beyond. The same can not be said about Teresa from @VodafoneGroup absolute shambles of a person, pretending she couldn't hear me at vital points before eventually hanging up on me.
