Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Now I am seeing that you've done multiple hard searches on my credit file. This is ridiculous. I place an order, and it goes through as complete - you take the money - you then subsequently cancel the order, take days to process refunds and you leave hard searches. Sky is awful.
