My view for what it’s worth is ‘soon’ expired some time ago. 2 days, 1 hr, 23mins and counting. No ETA and you don’t have access to the fault information. 😐

It exists in tiny pockets, but it is not a problem in the UK. Nowhere near like it was 40-60 years ago, not even close.

James Morris (@laser72) reported@SkyHelpTeam Continuing the painful saga of my mother’s broadband, her amazing fibre service was finally activated on Monday. Her speed is now just 0.5MB, ie more than twice as rubbish as it was before. You couldn’t make it up. Call me please.
