@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Yes, have been checking the line using the app since the outage began on 31/01 at 5pm(ish). This is now day 3 with no comms from yourselves direct to customers as to what the issue is and when will it be fixed or the offer of any increased data for mobile customers.
