Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I have some movie and kids channel not receiving any signal and can’t watch them, not due to the weather as it’s been going on for a good month or so, I was advised it maybe my box or dish, and I have followed all your instructions to try to sort it on my own!

@SkySports Bit of luck? Those meals and wine Max spoke clearly did work after all. Total fix at the end nothing sporting about that. Out raced by some distance then handed the win.
