    @nicoladavison35 I have been constantly in contact with Sky since June, yesterday I was told I will NOT be receiving any REFUND back from @SkyUK . I told them putting this issue on line was my last resort.

    @SkyHelpTeam That seems odd as it worked for one program before the practice and then didn’t activate for the practice immediately after and I see from other post that I am not the only one to have this issue

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is we are having with talking to sky with getting told different information, we know about the automatic compensation but do you think its acceptable to leave a house for 7 days with kids with nothing and all was we get is £4 compensation for the trouble from sky

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK been trying to get my wifi set up for almost a month now, spent around 8 hours on phone to sky this week, and told today nothing has been done yet and that price may go up before Sunday when I should get a call back. I can’t work without it. Awful.

    @SkyHelpTeam why is your customer service and complaints team so bad and misguiding. How can you think its fine and acceptable to leave a family with out Internet and TV interactive services for a full 7 days which was open reach fault for not connecting properly. Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam No offence we have sorted the issue out but it's the information and the how we have been dealt with is the problem. We are currently speaking to sky but the complaint team who was on the call was really bad at helping and was just reading a script

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK why have you lied to get me into a 68 quid contract, which is already pricey for the lack of new content, then try and charge 123 with 93 quid future bills. Then have your customer service team refuse to deal with it and say no manager available due to covid?
