@SkyHelpTeam If I was to believe the weekly calls I get you’d think the ‘issues’ were relentless. However, we’ve not had Sky broadband for 2 years now so at least I know these Indian callers are likely scammers - and I just let them waffle on.

@SkyHelpTeam Really disappointed with the service provided tonight. I work 6 and half out of 7 days a week and only had 1 hour and 15 minutes to have a late Christmas day zoom call with my 13 children (who are all crying now, thanks) and my WiFi cut out for the entire time.
