@medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

@TalkTalk If your thinking of getting talk talk. Don't bother. Read the comments from people on here. Every comment is about an awful service. Seriously look somewhere else. I'd rather have dial up than continue using talk talk.

@Drasticjim @TalkTalk I agree with you. By far the most incompetent company ever. Their customer service is non existant and their Internet is slow and temperamental. Will never go back to them.

@TalkTalk 2/2 why do you still have Indian call centres staffedby people who cant speak English ? i/c calls only give a single ring.'john' said other people have reported same fault may not be a "major issue" to 'john' .. it certainly is to me... Im SERIOUSLY unimpressed

@jaxs30 @TalkTalk I wouldn't have switched. Their service is awful. They promise everything then ignore you. I'd look at cancelling if you within your time period, by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

@TalkTalk i/c calks only give a single ring. line test ok. ran cust svce. spoke with a "john" Im now loosing will to live. Couldnt understand him he told me 'not a major issue'. to me it is... I think he said 'incident related to our end' 'no specific time to clear'
