@manlikeash9 Wait wait wait! Never had sky so can’t compare, but TalkTalk was so **** I can’t believe I’ve had it for 4 years.

@TalkTalk Hello ..the service is back now. I switch on and off the router and seems is back but very slow

@TalkTalk My service is down for the past 30mins my conference call can't go on and my diploma course.i don't expect to pay any bill this month. Honestly fix this asap

@TalkTalk we have no direct debit to pay the account for the second month running due to your unhelpful customer service team and archaic system. I am not posting our personal details in again for them to be lost, again. You couldn't be less helpful #talktalk #wasteofpaper

@medders6687 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I would never go near @talktalk again awful company full of clueless *****.Cancel your DD and go with someone else.Thats what I did in the end and was the best outcome for me.Same issue no connection&when it did connect it was 90’s dial up speed. #youhavethepowertowalkaway

@TalkTalk We are always loosing the internet signal and it’s very slow in the part of Teignmouth, where I live so what’s new.

@talktalk. It’s now a month since I was first told the money would be refunded and 2 months since I started the complaint. Is next stop Ombudsman?

@TalkTalk If your thinking of getting talk talk. Don't bother. Read the comments from people on here. Every comment is about an awful service. Seriously look somewhere else. I'd rather have dial up than continue using talk talk.

@TalkTalk My internet is down since Friday and it’s day 5 and they have Still not fixed it.. it’s really very very bad, this is it I’m done

@Drasticjim @TalkTalk I agree with you. By far the most incompetent company ever. Their customer service is non existant and their Internet is slow and temperamental. Will never go back to them.

@TalkTalk 2/2 why do you still have Indian call centres staffedby people who cant speak English ? i/c calls only give a single ring.'john' said other people have reported same fault may not be a "major issue" to 'john' .. it certainly is to me... Im SERIOUSLY unimpressed

@jaxs30 @TalkTalk I wouldn't have switched. Their service is awful. They promise everything then ignore you. I'd look at cancelling if you within your time period, by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

@TalkTalk i/c calks only give a single ring. line test ok. ran cust svce. spoke with a "john" Im now loosing will to live. Couldnt understand him he told me 'not a major issue'. to me it is... I think he said 'incident related to our end' 'no specific time to clear'
