Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

If this service disruption was caused by the London Exchange the engineer will be wasting their time finding no domestic fault
