@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@srpnor @TalkTalk It's been down for days, they just give the exact same answers to every, there is no reported problems yet me my neighbours and half Britain have been moaning for days, mine says I'm connected excellent strength have speeds of 150 Mbps yet can't load a single thing ....

@TalkTalk my partner wants to stay with you but due to renew contract and despite spending more than an hour on the phone yesterday, you're customer services still messing her about. Is there a UK office she can speak to? Otherwise she's off to Shell. Need this resolving now

@TalkTalk WiFi has been down since Thursday evening. Just stop doing all these silly maintenances and provide better WiFi for everyone. Cannot wait until the contract ends. I hope talk talk ceases to exist. So sick of it.
