    @zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk I have already sent you a DM for God sake, and that's crap on every site where it Google or this or me speaking to my neighbour face to face I've seen nothing but complaints about this service, how can it be I have excellent connection and 150mbps yet can't load anything!

    @Auchinstarry Somewhat similar - although much more serious - to Dido Harding's Talktalk hacking fiasco. Tories and Tory chums just preside over one failure after another without ever being held to account. 20 years ago, the media would never have allowed this!

    @MoneySavingExp have you found any way around the current fiber vs normal broadband issues? Vendors are now charging £6-9 more for their standard broadband than fiber, even to customers who can't get fiber. Yes we are talking about you @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk You guys are quite literally the shittest internet provider available, I live in Dunbar had no internet since yesterday yet it says I'm connected with speeds of 150mbps and yet I can load any website can't watch any video with the perfect connection, wtf are you guys doing FFS
