@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Vincent is a real asset to the company, after 3 live chats with different people Vincent sorts my wifi at first time of me asking, I can’t thank him enough 🤝! He saved a customer going else where because if he couldn’t sort it I was going else where. 🍀
