Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk I’m fed up sending you DM’s, nothing gets fixed. Apparently the issue is with all of my devices, not your service. Your service is perfect apparently. If that’s the case, your equipment isn’t up to par.

@TalkTalk changed their tune today told me@there was a fault on the line. No engineer for three working days. - so that will be 6 Days with no service. As a working DJ who needs downloads for the weekend and 3 kids in the middle of school hols with no Disney or Netflix. POOR

@TalkTalk can you please respond to my last 2 DMs. Ignoring a customer who is simply asking questions on why you allowed an unauthorized third party gain access to my account and sign a legal contract on my behalf is not acceptable.
