@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk I didn’t @ you.. but since you‘re here, what do you think of situation described? ..elderly customer with unreliable connection at <0.4 up and down: Should TalkTalk have done something 18 months ago, when router was already 8yrs old? Is full charge fair?

@TalkTalk very disappointed, my friend joined you and you have let him down, 0.56mb speed for him we had a date in verdansk and he’s cancelled because he can’t even load up Facebook with your poor internet. Sort this out as we don’t have long to go before they nuke verdansk.

Our internet was due to be set up Tuesday, no one from TalkTalk let us know there was an issue, now it's not being set up for another week? Disgusting!

The result is no, we will take our £10 saving and go to Vodafone, but if @talktalk had volunteered the better price proactively we wouldn't even have looked. I hate the way utilities treat their customers, and I know this is not unique. Terrible #customerexperience.

@blewy92 @TalkTalk Aye i'm going back to BT like. Only problem I had with them is they kept charging me for BT sports when it was meant to be free with the broadband. No problems with speed or that with them though 👍

@TalkTalk please can someone explain why we are being asked to place an order for the 4th time? We have already had a phone line and broadband router installed but it is not working. There is a connection your end that needs to be switched on. This is now a formal complaint

@CraigLUFC77 @virginmedia @virginhelp I'm with talktalk and the speed is more consistent and not had any issues. Virgin were terrible
