    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk I've had no internet for 3 days, and the log in to your website keeps having problems. I've apparently managed to request an appointment with openreach but have had no notification on if it's been confirmed and now I can't log in again to find out.

    More companies offer social tariffs since we started highlighting this issue – but we want further action: 🔴 TalkTalk, Shell Energy, EE, Plusnet & Vodafone to offer broadband social tariffs 🔴 Major mobile providers to offer them 🔴 More work to promote deals to customers

    @TalkTalk are awful…no broadband since 12th September. Hours of time wasted on phone running tests with no resolution! We are leaving and I suggest others do not join! Very poor service

    @TalkTalk No internet for 4 days. Told an engineer will take a further 8 days to arrive and that a visit might cost £50. Utter **** show.

    @TalkTalk DM just sent & hope that it’s responded to better than my multiple calls to your call centre & something can actually be done going down this route instead of being told conflicting information every call & bounced from dept to dept when none of them seen to be able to help
