    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    @TalkTalk I am writing to you because I want complain about my experience of your bereavement process, or lack of, I had when trying to register the death of my mother. Please let me know who I can complain to. I do not want to get into your horrid phone call vortex again please!

    @zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    On hold for 30 minutes to @talktalk because our Internet is down (listening to a message telling me to go online and use chat) phone then cuts off as they are now closed!

    @VictoriaManclus @TalkTalk Already changed providers. @TalkTalk used it as an excuse to extend my termination date. On top of all the other problems it's become an absolute nightmare. Nobody willing to try and help at all.

    @TalkTalk What is going on with our internet? For the third time of late. All off a sudden the internet stops working but Talktalk insist everything is fine at your end and that it must be a problem in the home. Never had internet problems like this before!

    @TalkTalk no reply here for 4 hrs, I am going round in circles on the phone. it says access the service centre through myaccount, but thats the problem, i can get that webpage.

    @TalkTalk doing university work from home and the wifi hasn’t stayed connected for 5 minutes this week ... £23 a month down the drain. When I need it the most. Try to get in contact and you just hang up twice. #talktalkisawful #canceltalktalk

    @TalkTalk 4 DMs and one phone call later, I still can't get the message through that my mum is not and never has been a customer of yours, so please stop sending her emails that suggest she has signed up for your services. She does't even live in the UK!! Sooooo frustrated!!
