  @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

  @TalkTalk hi, is it possible to speak to a person at Talk Talk? I’ve had 3 x 1hour plus chats online and still not resolved the issue. V frustrating. TV box won’t record and haven’t received a replacement.

  @TalkTalk Yeah file a complaint. I now have to wait until the 18th for someone to sort my internet out. Ridiculous! If it’s not sorted I will cancel my account with you and go somewhere else.
