    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @TalkTalk This is talktalk response after 7 hours of complete internet outage.Thank you for letting me know. I just got an update from our engineer in your area and they presently liaising with 3rd party suppliers diagnosing the root cause of this network disruption.

    @talktalk I have had no internet for nearly a week. The engineer I had booked DNA’d & now the number to rebook is faulty. I have had the appointment rebooked but this has mysteriously been cancelled. The person I was DMing seems to have now died. Is there anyone who can help me?

    @TalkTalk Still no further forward with this - had no internet all day. Support have done done nothing but asked what router I have. Apparently they need to do more checks?!💩
