@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk no Internet for 24hrs, flashing red light on the router, switched on/off, hit reset, nothing. Your online help is terrible and directs me to contact your team but doesn't even put me in a queue & just says you're too busy & to try again later. What do I do now? Help!

@TalkTalk You told my flat mate the problem was the line and not the router (that the engeneer you sent said was the problem). Today the router didn't work so I plug a tp/link and internet its going well... So... Do you send me a router and an a apology?
