Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk router says its fine, devices say it's not. Is this level of service The best that you have got? Vodafone are better Sky is too. Bt aren't so bad At least they aren't you.

@TalkTalk Your customer sevice is rubbish. Sevice centre via phone is shocking, refusing to transfer me through to technical team, refusing to transfer me through to comlaints team. Advisors cutting me off, lying. Absolutely shocking 'service'
