@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@glasscandle @TalkTalk Atmospheric conditions? My service was unplugged on the stroke of midnight after some programmes broadcast at times as brickwork. Seen the cost of bricks has gone up there’s no shortage via. TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk It would appear that because I was sent an offer that didn't cover my area, my acceptance never registered, so I never received the promised mail. I never received a response to my follow up either and according to your agent, the fact that I can prove I sent a follow up means 0

Contacted @TalkTalk 2 weeks ago about my download speeds being poor. They troubleshooted which led to my broadband being cut off and me not being able to do the last half of my shift. 2 weeks later they haven’t resolved my complaint. Avoid. Terrible customer service.

@TalkTalk I received a new TV talktalk box. Because the old one was useless. Went to try and record a program just to find that it doesn't have the capability. I pay for that service. Can I be sent the box I should have or do I have to raise my second complaint
