@zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@everywoman61 It's so frustrating try going on email and tell them your going to cancel your direct debit see what happens I had to that to TalkTalk they got in touch but told lies and tried to get my phone account, good luck.

How bizarre. Talktalk phone bills dont include a phone number to contact talktalk. Not a great problem for those of us with google but a real frustration for those like my elderly inlaws who dont use the internet.

@TalkTalk please if you think of signing with @TalkTalk DONT the customer service is rubbish, they update my service and it's worse,i can't get all the services i need but they all but call u a liar. And top it all charge for none service and block line after u leave Disgraceful

@TalkTalk Hi. Is it possible to cancel at the end of the contract without having to pay 30 days notice? Or do you need to cancel 30 days in advance of that? and if that's the case, would there be early exit fees?
