@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@KistyWoW @TalkTalk I'm paying for a 40 meg service,but I only get 25 meg. You are not helpful at all in fixing my service. My contract ends 14 Feb 2021, u say my service is being renamed and offering another 2 years. The speed of same service being offered "67 meg!" Yes is a joke right!

@TalkTalk my parents are with you for their internet and TV. They are elderly and self isolating and their tv/internet connection is terrible. Theyve called customer service and hear your 'we're having issue pre-recorded message'. Please help!!
