Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

Was just looking through my broadband contract as it’s up in August, TALKTALK is my supplier, never a problem and great speeds however, the wanted to increase my payments by inflation plus 3.7% every April , that coii you ld be a 15% increase , sod that never again talktalk

@TalkTalk I am without my internet service for 2 days now, I am a remote worker and I have lost 2 days pay so far. I was told a new router would arrive today and now to be told it will arrive on Friday meaning I lose a weeks pay.

@TalkTalk I managed to speak to someone online! We got it back on and then within the hour it was off again! They are sending a new router so I’m basically going to have on / off service for the next few days - hopefully the new router resolved the issues!!!

@TalkTalk I spent over 8 hours been passed between departments & no one taking accountability and no one willing to help expedite my request. Also no seems sure if the router had actually been ordered. If other customers experience what I have it’s shocking you literally do not care.
