@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

Hi @TalkTalk, would be interested to know why (after days of having 0.02 MBPs upload speed) my live chat with your help services had the 3-5 minute speed test extended to 17 minutes. Just as it approached 6pm: your closing time! Weird coincidence that.

@TalkTalk 1. You are charging us £175, to leave you, for a service you've not connected. Chat box gets disconnected when i query a fault. Engineer came around and informed of regional fault. No comms, no mention of any fault in any of the 12 hours of calls we've had. HELP us out!
