    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

    @TalkTalk hi talk talk, a property I am at has had no Internet for the past 2 weeks and this is frankly unacceptable, they have been paying for a service they are not receiving and are told that the service is working correctly.

    @TalkTalk had new faster broadband fitted today to replace broadband35 (or whatever the name is) Wasn't working so called support at 4pm. After a 90 minute call, it was discovered the new one hadn't been activated. Transferred to someone who hung up mid sentence and told closed

    @TalkTalk So I received the link didn’t get us anywhere we need to put in letters from his password that he doesn’t have🤬😤now they have given us details to raise a complaint but guess what we need his password that he has never had , his contract was taken out years and years ago

    @TalkTalk Can’t cancel contract because we can’t give password to verify account he hasn’t got one all he has is a new contract that’s no good for him thanks

    @TalkTalk I think I’ve actually just had the worst customer service experience, ever! Being told that I can’t talk to a manager, I can’t talk to the complaints team, no one has a direct dial or headset despite working in a service centre. Honestly I’m astounded. Help. Please.
