    Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

    @zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

    @TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

    @TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

    @TalkTalk customer service really need to up their game. Been on phone 45 mins and passed from pillar to post. Only need to talk to installation team to let them know there is no box outside house before my installation. Then when someone could help gave me wrong number 🤯

    @TalkTalk is easily the worst customer experience I've ever had. Intermittent connection for over a month and every time I try to get a fix they waste at least an hour of my time. Avoid at all costs.

    Today I was meant to be a new @VodafoneGroup customer. Excited. However I keep getting messages from @TalkTalk welcoming me back. So confusing, even @WeAreOpenreach emailed me to say which service provider I am going with. Am I with both? Am I with neither? Who knows??!?!
