@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk are the actual worst company. MONEY GRABERS! Trying to charge me £99 to leave their company but yet I’ve had no internet for 2 weeks & they keep ringing me to tell me they cannot fit the line for the broadband due to being in a new build and postcode issues 🤬

@TalkTalk my parents are experiencing terrible customer service from you. They have contacted you numerous times to change the email address on their account and each time are being told you are having issues changing it. They have been trying almost daily for the last 3 weeks!!

@tom_will_banks How did #TalkTalkHell end? - changed supplier? - successfully complained, got compensation, and suitable repairs via OpenReach? How many automated chatbots and human-like computerised support phone responders did you ‘meet’ a decade ago? TalkTalk: cheap until there’s a fault..

@TalkTalk I am sick and tired of speaking to so called tech experts who have to run line tests every few months. The issue is always the same, disconnected and then reconnected to the wrong port. This is the worst ISP I have ever had. Sky, BT and Plusnet never had issues.

@insiderjon #TalkTalk Hell: any hints of how to get compensation paid? Elderly/vulnerable customer taken advantage of, paying ~#45/m total, £15.50 is broadband.. it cannot have worked for years.. Took a very bloody-minded me to get correct master socket.. it is now useable.
