@TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

I think you need to sort how you communicate to your customers @TalkTalk on the chat. Trying to sort an issue with my bill & false information given to me about how much I'm charged by your agents. Never have I had someone so rude on a chat before! Poor customer service!

@TalkTalk great broadband if you want connecting issues and Internet dropping off and on all day..but dw they have live chat that is run by people who don't ask the questions and then just close the chat. 10 times today I've lost Internet and live chat closed on my 4 times
