    @TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

    I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @TalkTalk I have rang so many times to cancel my late father’s contract. Until the last person I spoke to the bereavement team were rude and unhelpful. Yours is the worse company by far that I have had to deal with regarding dealing with my Dads affairs. Shame on you

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 2 more hours of this ex-customer’s time gone, in your chat system. No further along. I’m sure your call/message handlers do their best but you have an abysmal customer management system. This is how you earn your appalling customer reviews and ratings.

    @TalkTalk #TalkTalk is invoicing (now plus an ‘admin’ charge) an ex customer. My b/band service failed on 24/8. A replacement router did not solve the issue. My account was out of contract (since Feb 2025). A 7-day cancellation was agreed on 12/9. Our divorce was on 19/9.

    @TalkTalk as it is nigh on impossible to speak to someone you have to go online chat and the customer agents end up taking 10 to 15 minutes to reply to messages. I am sure they are all nice and good people but they do not understand english well.

    Hi @TalkTalk, I don't appreciate my mother receiving a letter threatening debt recovery for non payment of a bill when she already notified you, incl @VodafoneUK - her new internet supplier. She's recently become a widow & your customer service is much to be desired!

    @TalkTalk I repeat, I’m no longer a customer. I have no more time for the #TalkTalk farcical maze of ‘chat’ style customer service. If you look at the images I sent, they include my old account number. This poor practice business needs to be a concern for @TalkTalkGroup

    @TalkTalk You have my name and account number already. If TalkTalk can continue to generate bills after a service is discontinued, I am sure there’s a way for you to investigate, without needing me to go back over details of my now redundant account.

    @TalkTalk just to let you customers know that @WeAreOpenreach do not work weekends, any problems reported on Friday will not be looked at til the Monday. Even though the internet business is a 24/7 business. That is why everyone has issues on a weekend. Blame the subcontractors..

    @TalkTalk my elderly dad has received a shocking service. I reported his landline had a fault ( he cannot dial out or receive calls) over 10 days ago ! He’s just had one email saying that it will be fixed sometime in the future . I signed up to receive texts, received nothing!
