The service itself is bad.

It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported@OpenreachHelp The workaround to excessive and inept use (misuse?) of AI/‘automated’ customer assistance and service delivery, where the customer cannot reach a human being, is for the customer to send a letter to the business concerned. It applies to TalkTalk and to OpenReach. Thanks.
