I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

@TalkTalk I recently requested that my contract be cancelled at the end of my term. It took almost 40 mins of been offered new deal after new deal after saying I do not require the service anymore due to a change in circumstance. Why does it need to be so difficult to leave?

New Year wass ruined for me guys no internet for 7 days in 2026!?!?! 3 failed engineer visits for my @TalkTalk @CityFibre connection. 4th one being pushed for tomorrow when I'm at work. Solid red light for days. I'm losing work and money. Who is going to actually fix this?

Probably the worst service ever. @TalkTalk — I’ve been paying this company for a TV service I didn’t sign up for for three years and asked for a refund no response.

@TalkTalk it is all working now - but you had an outage yesterday twice in the East Grinstead area, presumably by OpenReach as multiple providers were impacted - but your own website had nothing to help customers. Only the link in the above thread, which gave no detail.
