    @TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

    3/ @TalkTalk When I then requested to escalate my issue to a manager or a person with higher competences the line was magically disconnected. I call again, and the same thing happens.

    What TalkTalk don’t seem to understand is not only have they prevented me from doing things I need in the last 24hours they’ll have ruined my birthday tomorrow waiting in for an engineer half a day. They won’t find an issue. I’m devastated!

    @TalkTalk @1968seany @talktalk I have been through that process and been told my issue will take 30 days. My family has no working broadband and yet I will still be charged for the next 30 days. I also work from home and there is the risk of home schooling in Jan. do you have a plan for this customer

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk utterly incompetent. No response from CEO, Call centre won't answer as won't recognise my telephone number, and online chat 'limited support'. Can someone ring me and talk? the Irony.

    1/ Just spent the last 4 hours trying to solve a billing problem with @TalkTalk. Called their Indian call centre twice and spent an hour on their live chat. Same result: feeling of being scammed and pure frustration.

    5/ @TalkTalk After the script was sent, the live chat gets disconnected and I get kicked out from it. I feel like I just got scammed, helpless and under the threat of some Final Bill reminder. 4 hours wasted, for a £37.50 bill and still no solution.
