    I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

    @TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

    @TalkTalk can you sort out this internet. I’m sorry but the connection is terrible and it doesn’t help that even without this spike of problems that we’re paying for 36mbps and it runs a 20mbps is shocking

    @TalkTalk As I say service back to usual 10Mbs download and 0.5 upload. Not great but it's the norm

    Confusing technical help from @TalkTalk two different operatives to conduct a line test. Ended up without working landline. First technical chat I have had which has actually made things worse. #internet #CustomerService

    Since giving my notice to cancel my @TalkTalk service (as they do not offer a service that my new provider does) I have received FIVE e-mails and TWO letters in the post. This is how to not retain customers!

    @TalkTalk opened an account this morning and since then I've spoken to 11 customer service all wanting details , surely this in breach of data protection!

    @TalkTalk I made them aware I was leaving as they do not offer a service that my new ISP does. This was the reason, it had nothing to do with unhappiness or price. Sending multiple e-mails and letters is frustrating for users and also has an environmental impact. #customerexperience
