The service itself is bad.

It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. DHL have been sending me the same bill every month for 3 years. I paid it 3 years ago and sent screenshots of the bank payment. It’s harassment but they don’t give a Fck.
