@TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@TalkTalk I reported my parents landline not working this morning. They are in their 90s and my dad has dementia. They also have telecare service incase they have a fall which we need landline for. Was told 4 October for it to be looked at. Is this a joke talk talk?

@Ofcom Yes @talktalk has refused to close my account and cancel my contract, they have also repeatedly refused to give me an address to write to about canceling my contract. They need investigation. I have now found a complaints address and written to them. I should not have to do this.

@TalkTalk No internet for a month. Now internet on and off every few minutes. Compensation not paid. Hours on the the phone and message service trying to resolve. Calls dropped. Promised calls from managers never happen, The terrible, terrible hold music ...

@VeXdElite @virginmedia Well most companies use BT lines but virgin always seems to be the one people have the most issues with and for the price they charge for some of their services it’s quite scandalous. TalkTalk could do 1Gbps for £27 so if they can do it why can’t all these other companies.

@TalkTalk Yes thank you. Service has resumed again. Why has this seemingly become such a reoccurring problem with Tiscali emails? It's created a lot of extra work checking to see if emails have arrived when replies haven't been received. I now have to use Gmail as well

TIP OF THE YEAR!!! never and i mean never get a contract with #talktalk @TalkTalk beyond a joke! miss selling products, trying to charge for cancelling a contract when they dont meet the contract! customer service is beyond a joke also! staff need different jobs or training.
