The service itself is bad.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!

Michael Trew (@MichaelTrewYork) reportedTalkTalk broadband was great but we’ve changed provider. Their customer service is the opposite of their broadband. Calls on 10/07, 14/07 and again today to cancel service. On my third person (so far) on today’s call. Send help and chocolate before I lose the will to live.
