I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

@TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

@TalkTalk seem to be having internet problems recently on all devices - slow, cutting off every few minutes, and I’ve only had this new fast fibre a couple of months!

@TayTayz95 @TalkTalk The customer service so far has been gold standard.. I was on the phone for an hour and half on the phone to the call centre, only for the woman on the end of the phone to put it on hold improperly then I hear her singing down the phone before ending the call 🙄

@TalkTalk That would not be a problem at all if I would have good 4 g connection in my house as backup network.. but in that case to do my computer work I need to go somewhere else to do my work .. ehhh it is what it is .. thank you anyway for quick response

@TalkTalk hi, my wi fi not working since yesterday, spoke to your team, they confirmed there is no fault with the line. So it is obviously the router, which is only 3 weeks old. I have been told someone will call me in 3 working days. Is there anyway of speeding this up? Thanks

@TalkTalk - my broadband disconnected 10 times today just between 2 and 3 o'clock. When you have sent me an SMS to book an engineer visit - the link doesn't work. And no telephone support on Sundays. WTF?

@TalkTalk my router has not be working properly for about 5 days now. I have called a couple of times and both times I was hung up on. Please can you send a replacement router (which you said you would when I upgraded) You have the worst customer service

@FranticImpala @TalkTalk I would of avoided these like the plague. Been with them nearly 3 years and nothing but trouble that they blame you for... sigh good luck
