    @TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

    I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

    Two weeks ago my broadband failed. I spent hours on the phone to your support desk, after which I was sent a new router, which didn't help. Then a TalkTalk engineer was sent. He established that the router wasn’t the issue and that there was an outside fault. 2/5

    @TalkTalk not sure if it’s a coincidence but since a BT outreach van has worked in the area, my router is rebooting very frequently making it impossible to use my internet for streaming. Can you help?

    @TalkTalk You are full of lies and receipt. This is what you say time and time again. You are not fit for purpose. The people calling supposedly back to manage complaint: didn’t. StFf in your South Africa call centre( where all calls go) thicker than pigs crap. Do the decent thing and quit

    @TalkTalk I would love some help. I spent over 2 hours texting with your customer service team yesterday and I still have no internet and no explanation why. Was promised a call back but still waiting.

    @TalkTalk Jo, I appreciate it's your job to publicly reach out on things like this but I can assure you: nowt will progress, nowt will change. We've been told a date, and if the problem isn't remedied on that date, I guess it's an escalation. Not your fault. Not even TT's, wholly.
