@TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

@TimelessP I spent an awful week complaining to some careless TalkTalk agents. The issue was the 2 yo router. Eventually replaced and reconnected to the world. Painful experience as I don’t have mobile network. They eventually apologised. Good luck.

@TalkTalk We are trying to close account as father has moved into care home. People moving in would like to stay with TalkTalk , already your customer. Both parties received text messages saying problem please ring 0345172007. Neither of us can get through. It’s a simple enough task.

@TalkTalk I’ve had no internet at my business for 3.5 weeks. An engineer has been out but couldn’t fix it. When I ring for help I either get cut off or am promised a call from a manager which never comes. I really need help here, I’ve lost hours of my time & business is suffering

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk TalkTalk have to be one of the most incompetent, useless, frustrating, waste of space and time customer service providers there is. You may as well ring the speaking clock with your complaint as you would get a better response

@TalkTalk My contract ended in November, called 30 days before the end and made it clear that am not continuing, surprisingly it was rolled over I called again and was promised to that it will be cancelled by 12 December now am being billed . Your customer service are putting me on hold
