@TalkTalk Literally nothing changes except the speed the lights dont change they just flicker like they always do and the connection will just tank completely randomly no amount of resetting the router does anything and even wired connection is barely any better. The service itself is bad.

I have legitimately never come across a wifi provider worse than @TalkTalk I'm lucky to be connected to my wifi let alone have any decent speed when I'm connected it sucks

@TalkTalk Tried to cancel and spoke to an extremely un helped rude man called Leonard from retentions who proceeded to effectively tell my wife off for cancelling the contract. Will never use talk talk again and will ask family and friends to move away. Ridiculous.

@TalkTalk I have an open complaint and you keep emailing me asking me to call. But when I call I don’t know which dept I want and neither do any of the staff. Spent hours and hours on these calls and still no closer to speaking to right person. Customer service said not them.

@TalkTalk I want to leave some positive feedback. Even though the website has its faults with the technical issues. The service was amazing. I reported an issue with my connection and they came by the next day and fixed it. They didn't leave us offline for too long.
